Tarek,
It can take up to a month for a dog to settle in and for you to see his true personality and temperament.  Give him some time and just try bonding and playing with him.  Take the dog for some nice walks each day and just be patient.  He needs to learn to trust you and adapt to his new surroundings.
  Good luck with him.
JMO,

Jim

Tarek it sounds like everything is working, some things better than others. But the bottom line is the dog is starting to act better. At least it's headed in the right direction.

I can tell from your posts that your attitude towards this situation has also improved. There is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Keep updating us on the progress you are making.

Good luck!
