There is very little danger of looking like Lee...
Even he looks like that for only about an hour.
I used to go up to about 220...and cut down
to a nice 190lbs....
Now I stay between 200 and 230...but not in
the kind of shape I use to be in.
These young guys like Cedric should look like Wesley Snipes
in blade....."I can beat middle weight or any other kind of weight"
My favorite WS line.
This is a very good team Wallace, Eric, and Cedric. all top notch.

Oh, and on behalf of my son, WAR EAGLE!
My son (who is 19 and a college student, guess where) just started doing helper work this past summer. He is kind of bummed to miss training every week so I told him to see if there is a club near school that might let him come hang out, watch, learn, pitch in, whatever. He doesn't have a dog at school, but wants to keep with it if his schedule allows.

As far as your "war eagle", I can assure you that the monster you present as a mortal human being has all us "bammers" concerned.
And for the record, I have had the opportunity to train with Eric. Never once did he turn his nose up at my s/l, never once did he imply to me I am stupid or my dog is "shit" He treated me the same as the most serious person and dog there. His only advice, "learn as much as you can and go as far as you and your dog can go"
This is good advice for all.
Rik.

Beauceron........I work a FR3 Beauceron a few years back,
I loved that dog. He was a giant 130 lbs very serious dog. These
dogs live up to the hipe...There like the 50 cal....
I like something in the 408 or 338 cal. range for all round work.
Sniper rifle was a lighter recoil.
