You get used to the smell and it's also great for puppies as it's already ground.

i carry a beef tripe grind, whole sheep tripe, beef tripe chunks, and buffalo tripe chunks. i also have venison tripe occasionally.
if anyone would like a product/price list, please feel free to email me at contact@rawbasicsllc.com or go to my website www.rawbasicsllc.com. if you choose to go to the website, you will need to register on the left hand column (this information isn't used or accessed by anyone other than emails that may go out about our specials). after registering, you will need to login, and a link for the product/price list will appear on the right hand column (under the useful links button).
also, grass-fed tripe doesn't smell nearly as bad as conventional/grain fed tripe, which is a big plus! and i have recently started packing tripe in 5 lb plastic containers, and 2 lb deli containers, so there is virtually no mess or stink when thawing or feeding it.
most importantly, raw basics tripe is NOT DENATURED.
items that are not allowed for human consumption must be denatured, most commonly with saw dust, charcoal, ash, dye, food coloring, etc. (which they claim is harmless). that crap doesn't belong in any animals diet, so if you are not purchasing raw basics tripe, please be sure to ask if your source's tripe is denatured, and what it is denatured with.
please feel free to contact me with any questions
