I believe in a contractual agreement she has 3 days from entering the contract to change her mind. I don't have a problem with you not refunding the deposits really....I could almost see where she is coming from though on the change of the male.

I don't think you OWE her a refund but I would go ahead and give her one, when you can, just to get her out of your hair! And always remember bad publicity isn't always bad.....wink.....look where it got Madona! LOL

HAHAHAHAHA thanks Vicky.... I really do appriciate it. I am just going to now worry about it and tell her she will have her refund within 30 days and be done with her. THANKS so much

Just let her know in writing what you CAN do and then do that....it will work out. Make the explanation/statement clear and simple so there is no excuse for understanding it. You may even consider noteing in the writing that you are not obliged to return the deposit, but are doing it out of good faith as a courtesy to her...

In the long run it may just turn out to the be the very very best thing that pups do not go to someone you cant see eye to eye with.
