We are thinking about changing our fencing at the beginning of the year and was looking at the coated fencing...We would also go with the black.....We were thinking about 9 gage......I still like that gorgeous bi-color....

Our fences are mostly 6 ft, stockade fence. However, the back line is old farm fencing, about 4 ft. There is tons of brush growing on and around it. I know my male can clear 6 -7 ft., but seems to respect the fence. They have about 3 acres fenced in and we are on a farm, so I guess they find plenty of squirrels to chase within their yard.

39" woven field wiring topped along the two side the blacktop runs by two strands of barbed wire-not had a dog go over in the 12 years I've lived here-of course they are supervised when outside the house.

YR's set-up is nice!  Her dogs have plenty of space and they are contained properly when loose on the property.

I have no fence at all. Decided to save my money since my dogs just laughed at the last one I spent a fortune on.

<---underground electric fence with 10 feet setting....this way my dogs can see whats comming and going, also less barking if they see it, smell it versus just hearing it on the other side....unfortunatley it does not keep other dogs from comming into our yard, although they leave a lot faster than they wonder in...
