Red Sable

I was thinking pesticides on the apples.  You don't spray your fruit there?

Yes, and here too many chickens are fed hormones in their feed to speed up the growing rate, as with cattle.  Nothing is natural anymore, even organic in most cases as they just can't produce the crops at a profit without 'help' it seems.

My mom always had a huge garden, still does.  As a kid I vividly remember cleaning our own chickens on the kitchen table,  no hormones back then, or sprays and not the cancer either as you mentioned.  I would love to have the time to do my own garden and raise my own chickens, heck, even milk my own goat.

I'm still a farm girl at heart.

Yes we use pesticides, the word organic looked strange, lol.

I read somewhere that milk and potatoes are the only two foods that, when combined, provide all of the proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, etc...everything the body needs to maintain optimal health so I've been living on nothing but white russians.  I'm not sure if it cures cancer but I feel great!

You feel great, it shows in your posts, they read great.

Red Sable,
Raw potatoes are completely different from cooked potatoes.  A raw potato is good for you and pretty tasty with a little salt.  They were a favorite snack of my dad's.  I wonder if just eating them would be as good for you as the juice...why leave out the fiber?

I`m sure you are right Deb. I have taken a bite raw and could only manage the one bite.

Sounds a lot like what apple cider vinegar is suppose to do for you.  With my breathing problems I've developed from mold exposure I'd give it a shot.  I have a lot of hay fever and asthma like symptoms. I mean it can't hurt to just give it a try for a while.

Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey, 50/50, added to some spring water. I take it daily.

If you make it yourself make sure it is unprocessed honey and vinegar.

Ninja181 would that help with my problems?  I saw apple cider vinegar pills in the pharmacy section.

Do a search on Apple Cider Vinegar & Honey, hundreds of articles on it and the benefits. It reverses a lot of things.

My guess would be yes.
