Wallace,
2006, very nice protection run......You may be right, I thought they were trying
to screw WDA. My comprehension skills have been in question for some time now.

Cedric,
What is the difference between a trial helper, and a training helper?
I know it is more prestigious to be a trial helper, and they are selected by notoriety.
But the training helper needs to know alot more in order to train the dog.
The one thing a C judge is supposed to look for is when the dog bites in the trial
is he grabbing on to stop the helper or is he grabbing on to a toy he enjoys.

Lets look at some world competition....This I think is a good hold,  but at this years
WUSV in Spain,.. Diegel will knock off points for it....This is  Javir, a very serious dog.

Lance Collins did a good job judging C  protection 2009 WUSV

 Gunther,
when you see a good dog, don't fault him if he is not
doing anything wrong. It looks like you are giving preferance to bloodlines.

Neat to look at but a complete waste of energy IMO.  Plus most dogs that do this tend to go in and out on the guard. We won't even mention the re-attack bites if they do the same thing after the outs.

Keith,
Did you ever see Von Geoshoff Rotties from the 60' 70's?
I had some one tell me that Rotts's can't jump and don't really
have that much energy to do well in scHh. I brought out my female
Geoshoff and showed him she could do Fr Ring jumps. And
could hit speeds that you don't see unless it is a doberman. As far
as loosing energy. I had to run her a few times around the house to
get her energy levels down so I could work her. His answer was,..
well she is a glitch. I said no, she is a rottweiler.  East German,
Austrian bred boarder patrol. Now what you see are slugs that lug
across the field with no energy, not any enthusiasm.  My old rotts could come
off the ground at a stand still about 41/2 ft.

Javir well not run out energy, and may be the next world champion in Spain WUSV.
He has a good chance. Showing energy through the whole exercise and trial is important.

Dogs in general have alot of energy. I have Mals and shepherds now. But I miss those
Von Geoshoff Rottweilers. East German kennel.

Javir,.... I love this dog, he got a 98 in the C at last years World championship in Germany,
and was the 2d highest C score. 4th with a 284.
But my point was ....he should not loose points in Spain this year for doing this hold.
And he very well might.... if Gunther in C judge.

Cedric,
These are two helpers, both are very good but like Sven a little better,
than Vincenzo.  But I like to see the helpers in good shape like Vincenzo.
The problem is strudel and beer. This is a big weakness.

I want to see your after picture look like Vincenzo complete with a Euro
Military hair. ( no bleach).  You look like Sven now, but you need to get down
to fighting weight like Vincenzo.

Sven is a very good helper. To much strudel.

Max's Gumbo,

Cut up on Louisiana Gumbo, 1 oz of vinegar to half gallon of gumbo.
Add a little creatine to maintain nitrogen level and use tomato's for potassium.
You will piss like a race horse but will drop 10 pounds in 3 days. Fried chicken
and mash potatoes only on Sunday. And if you are any where near a Lee Haney
gym, he is the best.... 8 time Mr Olympia and a man of faith. Very well mannered.
Alabama has the highest amount of over weight people in the USA.
But in my opinion Lee Haney is one of the best people to help. South Carolina born.
