What spices do you use? Lemon? Garlic?
Is the meat marinated?
Looks really good.
Makes me think about my Giddau roasting pigeons and corn.

What a brilliant way to cook!! Haven't cooked that way yet but I will have to give it a try. Great way for cooking when camping out. Maybe I will cook the next elk steaks that way.As long as I don't get in trouble for having open flames.

Pharaoh,
Spices: we use ready spices mix (Cloves, Coriander, Ginger Cardamom, Galingal, Cinnamom, Bay leaves), ketchup, Garlic and lemonade, but it is upto one's preference really. If you visit Jordan I promise you the best Grill in the world.

BRILLIANT!

Ibrahim I like the spices but I could do without the ketchup. Those chickens look like they are cooked to perfection!! I might just have to cook a chicken one of these nights and post a picture. lol

LAVK-9,
Please do, it is actually very simple. Ketchup provides a good look when roasting is done, the reddish look and it softens the meat a little, but can be done without, it is not a rule.
Good luck
