I wouldn't be surprised if this warrant was executed on the wrong house or based on phoney BS from someone who got busted and is looking for leniency. I understand that is common.

Stupid bastards didn't even get a clean shot at the poor dog. You could hear it screaming in pain and terror before they shot several more times going into over kill. I'd like to see that warrant and know what the hell they thought they were going to find in that house. I could understand a raid like this if it was some kind of drug lord and the dogs were sic'd on the cops but come on! One of the dogs (the pit) was in a crate. Even tho it was a small amount of dope that was found, I'm sure the cops will be justified in their actions. If it were to happen to me there would be no dope found in this house and I would friggin own the city I live in over the murder of my pet, so help me god!

Debi - Absolutely. Plus, that little boy is probably so traumatized by his Daddy being taken away, and their dogs being shot.

Looks to me a reckless raid. With a search warrant, the LEOs should have known there is a family with children and dogs. The video was very disturbing. If the pit was caged, there was no reason to shoot it. It seemed they shot the corgi mistaking the dog charging when it was apparently running towards them to play! WTF.

wow .. this stuff is getting out of hand. Did anyone hear about that mom and toddler in Florida who was shot up because a bank robber jumped in her car ? 40 some rounds ? And I swear I heard on the news a shotgun !!! WTF That could happen to anyone !!! I can't believe in the video posted above, that policeman needed a card to recite 52 words.

Wow...a SWAT team breaks into an occupied home with guns blazing and they charge him with child endangerment? Really?
