Well this artist isn't in the UK but she is very good. I have bought a few plates from her.She does a great job at German Shepherds...she use to have them before she went in to bull terriers.She also does sketches etc. Here is a web site that has some of her work. You can contact her by email.

Bronzes, I am impressed! I would love to have custom GSD andirons made in the future. 

Kathy Dawson is a personal friend of mine. She lives in British Columbia. She does wonderful work, is a painter, and has made some stunning bronzes in years past which were, in my not so humble opinion, the best since the French animaliers. Look at her website for the bronzes.  She also has wonderful GSDs, several of whom I was lucky enough to train and work with.

I've only done animal portraits for a short while, not nearly as good as that and I do mine digitally as it's easier to make time for.

lee mitchelson at www.mitchelsonsmountaingallery.com. she's brilliant - she has art at the white house, in different celebrity homes, has done illustrations for books, etc. i have a few of her smaller pieces - 2 small ones of my shepherds, one of her gsd, one of a horse (she's a wonderful horse artist) and she's getting professional pix done of a painting she did of my gsd angus. she will sell prints of that to benefit animal rescue. she is amazingly good, in my opinion and a very nice gal to boot.
i really like kathleen dawson's work too - i love western art and she is very very good.
