Lovely looking pup.  How do you compare him to the others you had at this tender age?

Lavk-9:  Definately a difference.  My first couple shepherds - Reno, Libby and Falon were more of a mix of american lines, germans show lines, etc.  Libby had decent drives, but at the time I did not know what that was and trained it out of her.  Falon is really the resident couch potato no drives and both Libby and Falon have issues when meeting dogs.  They can get along but it is not easy.  They really focus on dogs when we are out.  Molly (Felice vom Amulree) has no issues with dogs and has great prey drive and had it from the day I got her off the plane.  Easy to train but does not have the power and tenacity that Brenna has.  Brennas focus is similar to Molly's at that age but she is not guite as into the tug and ball as Molly was.  I need to work on that with her.  Brenna is more into - go, go, go.  She wil be into one thing, then another thing and never stops until I put her in the crate.  This is exhausting now, but I am looking forward to seeing that on the field.  Not sure if Molly's power and longevity and consistency issues with her drive are the result of her temperment or her b12 deficiencies, sibo and epi.  Some days she is on and some days she is very flat.  Brenna definately likes to bit and hard.  She will be walking with you one minute and then to get your attention sink her puppy teeth into your calf or butt, lol.  She also likes to fly - which I am trying to control as I don't want her to get hurt.  If she had her way she would leap thru the air all the time.  Brenna seems very confident around people and dogs.  She was at our Bark for LIfe which had almost 600 dogs last weekend, and no issue.  She would rather meet people than dogs.

I had a litter with Andy and two of the pups had white on the chest, and the white disappeared with the one pup by one year old....and not sure about the other pup. But I also had another litter from this same female with another sable male and I got two pups with white on the chest that I know disappeared as the dogs stayed in our club. It still takes two to Tango.
