 If exposed to more than one male, she can become impregnated by different dogs. Also, the wide span can lead to different gestational ages in the offspring. It might not be too big a deal with GSD (and other large breeds). In small breeds it can make a big difference in viability. 

ULLI !! How are you and your family? Do you have any puppies at this time? It has been a very long time since you have been on here.

Has she seen a Vet since being bred to confirm a pregnancy?  She could also be having a phantom pregnancy with no pups, but STILL SHOULD SEE A VET!  

Horse man is also correct that she could be carrying pups from each of the breedings, which would result in some of the pups being very underdeveloped @ birth.  2-4 days is an acceptable span but 10 days is a bit much.

I am sure I have read that that is an old wives tale, about puppies being different gestational ages, because ovulation does not occur over so many days even if the female is receptive? Anyway the female I mentioned earlier was the same, she had also bred over a longish period and it was 67 days after the first breeding when we did the C-sections (we had previously X-rayed and US scanned, we knew the pups were OK). The vet said that the hard abdomen was a sign that she had been having unproductive contractions for some time, even though they were not visible to us, her temp was down for over 24 hours too. This case just sounds really similar. I hope all works out OK - let us know.

Just my two cents...  from my experience the date of whelp is 63 days from the date of the progesterone peak (2.0).  I forgot what that is called, LP rise?  Anyway... she could be bred for weeks but is only fertile for about 5 days.  Even when bred by the same male, she can have muliple gestational ages of the puppies.  It isn't wise to breed a dog for an extended period of time for that reason, some puppies can be much smaller than others.   They can all survive, but it will take greater effort to keep the smaller (younger) ones competitve with the larger (older) ones, as they will be much stronger.  Another reason it is not wise to breed multiple times throughout the heat cycle, is the risk of infection.

Anyway, they should begin to whelp within 24 hours of the temperature drop.  If not, i would bring the dog to the vet, just to be sure.  Not only could you lose the litter, but you could lose the mother as well.  Patience is the virtue of dog breeding... as long as she is going through the process and not stressing, all should be well.

BTW; when did she have the xr?  how far along was she?

She could go as late as 5 days AFTER the last breeding, because the sperm live up to 5 days. But this is highly unlikely. 
I usually do not worry unless they are actively pushing and no results. Any discharge? If so what color? Small contractions are common several days before whelping, but the temp is what puzzles me. That is usually a good indicator, but you know... they all have their quirks! lol
Talk to the vet at least and see what they say. I hope that your vet has some experience in whelping? Some vets are pretty clueless and only know the basics which make them quick to the draw ($$$) on C-sections.  If she's eating now, then it should all still be fine.

thanks for asking - everything fine & dandy ! Somehow I dont like posting too much - way too much drama for my taste. Anyhow, hope you & your family are well, and how is Frisco coming along ? Did you get to breed with him ? You know my opinion - he has a lot to offer.
