i have no idea and didn't ask - how extreme/dangerous in their inward nature are those dogs in video, which shows mostly an excessive jumpings.
good abstract did someone in post below that video:
basically, here is a dog I can never own, because he'll continue to leave my backyard to poop on my neighbor's roofs.
b.t.w. if you do have experience to resist dog's attack, you would know - much easier to successfuly confront that dog, when dog approaching you by long jump, than dog, who charges you in close proximity from ground.

apple, you are wrong about points and KNPV, they do want high scores and even have a hard time selling dogs with lower scores, I have bought multiple real good titled dogs that where not easy to sell by owners because of bad scores and no " LOF " on their certificate, most of them losing points for biting when they should not be biting, which is highly undesirable in KNPV and dutch police

also tu USA dogs with LOF are easyer to sell, basically same as everywhere, people care to much about trained behaviour and not about genetic qualities, and then wonder why they still have to import dogs after buying the champions for the last 20 years and breeding with them
most dogs are sold right after or even before being titled, I sold a dog to a KNPV trainer that will title next sunday, and the dog is pre-ordered already, so will go to police after it titled PH1, and majority goes that way
I dont know many people that would get the dog spinning in drive before trying to teach them something, many issues I see are not so much agression, but more frustration issues, but one can debate if frustration is also a form of agression, but fact is that trigger for frustration and agression are two different things
and certainly a dog can have both

Funny, just a few days ago I was talking to one of the detectives who came to the scene about that call.
