You know Maggs you can state anything you want.
The problem is you have absolutely no experience, no training no expertise to be doing this. I doubt you can even walk your dog on a leash.
So maybe you would be better off observing rather then dictating.
But that's just not your "know it all" pushy overbearing personality, is it?

Maggie.. again, she claims they are OLD slyle GSD.. that is a lie.
You are the one bringing shutzhund into the topic. I aswered your question, do your homework. If I have a dog that can not work I call it a WORKING LINE PET QUALITY ANIMAL>>>>NOTHING wrong with that. You pooped on those people calling Shutzhund a game...IF YOU personally can go out there and participate in this so called game and get somewhere.. then we will discuss things

She has never seen an old style gsd. If she did she would not creat the fluffy oversised dogs.. (they are pretty, people love them great I rather take oversized GSD by genetic fluke than a mix dog) This is my preference. When she changes the runt talk she has on her web site.. some GSD people might even have a little respect for her work.. until than she lies and she sells her lies to naive people and there will be no respect from the DSG comunity.. you get it yet? or should I try from a different angle. Do you get the point of the GSD people being upset? or still... I dont clame my dog is an old style WOLF... do I.. which in all respect that is exactly what she does. She lies.. sad, but true...

If a Shilo is a breed then all the shelters in this country are full of pure bred Shilos. You have not created a breed anymore than the street dogs of NY breeding are a breed. A mutt is a Mutt maybe a good pet but a mutt.

I just had to come look at this thread after Barber went up in arms about it on her forum and called upon her members to come look and post. She crossed posted some of the posted information so my curiosity rose up.
Everytime....I just cringe at what is being presented and how it is being presented by this so called breed founder. They thrive on this type of negative attention. They will push and shove and place slanderous stuff anywhere they can find it, just to be mean and hateful. RightPet kicked Barber off his list for so much derogatory and slanderous attacks. Even after being warned numberous times, the hateful attacks just kept coming until there was no choice but to ban her. And she will justify all that hate as her right to protect a breed. Its like feeding electrical current with juice.... and its just embarassing.....

Max was able to accomplish what he did because he was in the right place at the right time (a very regimented society in Germany in the early 1900's) and was able to strictly control the development of the breed. He would not be able to do the same thing now either there or here because that degree of control is not available...as Tina is learning.
By the way, it is important to note that it is possible to acknowledge something someone has done without liking them. While I appreciate what Max did as it relates to the origin of the breed, he was not a hero or even a good person. It was exactly people like him who made it possible for Adolph Hitler to rise to power.

Football and basketball are sports as well; those without the aptitude for them don't so well in them.
