I agree with your assessment on the video selection available.

If the powers that be would relent, there could be some real deal  learning going on.

I only absorb at the moment.

After fending off personal attacks I am going back to OP. Here is an example (Timer 1:00+) of lifting the dog as a means of diengagement of the dog from a perp which I mentioned at point 2/. This is a common practice by LE these days ...at least in USA. .

And  another video of the lifting of the dog from a perp ac described at 2/ of OP (timer 2:19 +)

This is not  done for purpose teaching the dog anything. On this video it  is use strictly to disengage the dog.

First off, dog number one was not lifted off of Perp, he was flanked off. Handler lifted the collar with the right hand and flanked the dog with the left hand to affect an out.

Second off, who cares how Le out their dogs?  I actually agree with this handling.

The discussion (and again you've taken it off topic) is this that lifting its a viable training technique to increase bite strength and fullness. I've asked for video demonstrating this benefit multiple times.  These videos don't demonstrate any of that.

They only demonstrate that Le uses the lift as a way to out their dogs(or actually that some of them do).

Where are the videos showing the benefits?

I posted a video of us doing a lift.  Possible we did it wrong since we don't understand the concept, but it sure didn't do anything positive.

ANd after doing it, don't see any way it can work as stated.  You are taking the neck and choking the dog by lifting which tends to cause them to open their mouth to breathe and you are also putting a kink in it so that the head is at a 90 deg angle to the body, suspended by the neck.  It would be pretty hard to lift anything heavy with my hand bent forward 90 deg at the wrist.
