alright newsome12 you didn't answer my question but I will ask you one more.  If you are not Eva, how can you state as an absolute fact that she didn't?  Even people living in the same household are sometimes surprised at what others of their own family might do.  So how can you be so absolutely sure?

I just went back and read the posts and the most that is said is that she abused the dogs and some of them died.  The warrent says animal neglict.  Sorry nothing there that amounts to slander.  Not even close.

Some could say I abuse my dogs because I don't feed them an all raw all natural diet.  The abuse part would be opinion not fact.  And some of my dogs died.  Well if you have ever owned dogs, they die mine have for the most part died of natural causes but a few were euthanized by the vet so they could avoid a long painful death.  So the statement that some of them died would be a correct statement.  But to be technical because I had some of them euthanized you could factually say that I had some of them killed.  Harsh but true.  What is being said about Eva is a bit stronger but it is the courts that are making the accusations.  So Eva if you are denying that the courts accusations are true then that is where you have to settle them.  It is kind of funny though you don't want to answer the courts accusations but you want to say others are violating the courts.  By the way the only way they would be in violation of the courts talking about the case would be if the Judge specifically named them in a gag order.  And a Judge can't make a broad gag order as in nobody anywhere can talk about the case.  So to be truthful people are welcome to talk and speculate all they want.  Newspapers do it all the time.

You are calling people moronic idiots when you don't know the difference between slander and libel. lol, funny stuff.

I don't know anything about the case or the allegations.  What I do know is that a body only warrant means that the person has to be taken into custody and appear in person in front of a judge. No cash bond, no lawyer to represent you while your not there.  You have to be present.  It is usually only used in very serious cases or with high flight risk individuals.

You all can debate which she is,but if she's found they will arrest her, extradite her and she will be held until she faces the judge.

They do not extradite misdemeanors or it is hard to get extradition on misdemeanors.  Also someone said that dogs die. Yep,... I burry mine though. 

 I have personal experience with this person Sonia Berg. If you want to have your life changed into a screaming nightmare by having  well over hundred calls in your house in short period of time some  in the middle of the night or wee hours and being insulted by profanities via phone and being dragged on international forums then, go ahead and  sell her a pup.  You want a personal experience?  It is about one  of my dogs which  was in the above mentioned  confiscation. His name is LUPO. The adopting person  when he saw him first time ( after already  some recuperation ) before adopting him was appalled by the condition he was still in. On the video he is 76 lb and still gaining. I do not know how much he is now. The video is quite old.  He had to wait for some more  time for the dog to recover in order  to be able to take the dog home. When he adopted him he was 67 lb but when he was confiscated he was much,... much less. I am not liberty to say but I assure you, you  would be appalled and it's weight it could be expressed in simple  fractions of the weight after adoption.. I'll tell you that.   Yes this  was the "midget" "genetically defective" "Chihuahua cross "  dog which I have supposedly sold her. Here is his video after short time of adoption.

all this is  first hand experience. I personally think that this newsome12 and that Booboo what ever is Sonia and her husband o r boyfriend or what ever. JM(eductaed)O though. 

 I really do not care what will happen to this person, in my heart I forgave her,  but I would urge you to draw your own conclusions  before you sell her a dog. 

I have here in my e mails several people with same experience which seek me for help. Same story. Nightmare. 

 As far as Jeannette Neville I will say that she is a loving compassionate person.

Wow Newsome12 you sound like you need a nap. Bashing skulls? Really? Kind of extreme don't ya think? I don't know her either, and am not drawing the conclusion that she is guilty, however, I kow that if was accused of doing something this awful and I didn't do it, I would definitely stick around to clear my name. With that being said, does anyone know that she was heading towards Ohio and if so, do you know maybe what area? We just had a litter of pups, and although, you can check the people that are coming to purchase pups (and I do), sometimes, the slick ones can get around you. Any information that could be provided would be most appreciated. I would rather err on the side of caution and find out later that I was cautious for no reason.
