Bububooboo you must be a friend of Eva Berg or you are her with another fake name. An open warrant case is far from being a vigilante, let me help you a warrant means someone did wrong went to court got convicted, than instead of woman up she takes off and runs. Now maybe if you would have been to her house that day of the seizure and seen her abused and dead animals laying there... You might not be so quick to judge, unless you dont care about animals, but theres a lot that do like/love care about animals. If you dont want to help than please just dont comment. So once again thanks for your help :)

Well get yourself a Dawg T shirt, strap on, and go find her.  The only thing I know is the crap you posted and you are right I did not see any dead animals or any other evidence so whether anything you are saying is true would be speculation.  The case history did not indicate any convictions or that the case had gone to trial.  Maybe some vigilante killed her and buried her or maybe she skipped and ran  .. I don't know and apparently neither do any of you.  This is a police matter and I don't tell the cops how to do their business or try to be Dawg the Bounty Hunter.  

Why comment at all if you know nothing and don't care? 

Some of us DO know things about her, facts, not speculation, and some of us DO care that she is prevented from buying another puppy again. Ever.

And then she would post all over the place decrying the inhumanity of it all????

Once again BubbaBooBoo like i said i was there and have seen all of the animals, please read better before putting your info on here since you dont know anything about this case. So please go back to doing nothing in life and comment on things you actually know.. Thanks once again for imput :(
 

Reading what you put on the forum I still only know what you want me to know about the case .. It is a matter for the police to find her and arrest her if she is still wanted.  Exactly what is going to happen if I see someone fitting her description??  Should I ask for ID or call the cops and say I suspect her of being wanted?  The cops need probable cause to question her without her wearing a hat with her name on it.  Maybe a citizen's arrest??  The only thing you posted was her charges and her plea.  If she is a bad actor she will act bad again, the cops will pick her up, check for warrants and send her back after they get through prosecuting her if they have a case in another state.

I"m not a 'regular' on this forum but do browse through on occassion. I found your resonses about Eva Sonia Burg's warrent to be quite amusing.... However, . . if there's any truth to the information that she won a 150K settlement in the dogbite case she sued over I doubt that person's laughing that ended up having to pay her. I also doubt it will be her last law suit... nor her last rescue. While chasing her down the road hollering 'citizen's arrest' wouldn't be advisable... it is advisable to be aware of her activities in the german shepherd community and keep an eye out for her setting up another rescue or attempting to buy a puppy from good breeders.  

"If there is any truth" is always a question about anything on the internet.  The internet is in most cases self policing.  Wikipedia is not always correct or truthful even though it has countless contributors and editors.  Anything appearing on the internet is subject to manipulation and lies .. a second and third collaborating source from another media is needed to confirm the veracity of anything written or said on the internet, television, etc..  Television makes mistakes all the time and those broadcasts face intense public scrutiny and regulations.  Television is much more reliable than the internet and yet we wish to believe the written word.  How many people have the name Eva Sonia Berg or Sonia Eva Berg as written on Alpine K9's web site ??  Anyone who has been involved in the dog business knows there are many dishonest people involved ( and a minority it seems of honest ones).  The warrant is over a year old so this is not news and Eva Sonia (or Sonia Eva) is not news.  I believe a search of this forum will find that this person is not new to this forum.  The police will find her and it is their job and they know their job better than I or anyone on this forum does.  The OP made it sound like the warrant was new but when I checked it was a year old .. this was not an accident .. the person posting wanted to mislead so that makes me question the entire post and the motivation for making such a post.

For any concerns for the non believers or just friends of Eva S Berg, the warrant is still active. And thanks for your concerns again. Waupaca PD
