Ok, we have panting, nesting, diarrhea on her last walk (about four hours ago but has been walked since and only urinated) obsessive licking....how long now?

I'm so excited, I think I might faint by the time the first one is being born

Remember, a watched pot never boils.
She'll get there. :-)

My girl has presented seven pups so far, three girls, four boys. Still more to come.

Lol I'm more sneaking and touching the pot lol. I just watch her out the corner of my eye, if she looks at me I glance away. I do give her a good girl and a rub on the head every now and again.

Seven pups and expecting more? How many are you expecting? That's a full house! Hopefully my girl doesn't go over 9, she has an invert...that and I couldn't handle that many lol

Maybe that's why I can't sleep...?

Why does it sound like i can hear them in there screaming? Her stomach (actually where the pups are) sounds like it's growling but it's not...are they really gasping for air?

I don't like this....someone help me!!

RELAX.   Baby puppies don't growl, particularly in utero.  Nor do

they 'gasp for air' while still in there.

Sounds like you'll shortly be quite busy enough, without dreaming

up more to worry about.  Good luck.

Thanks Hundmutter, I'm a basket case. Lol. I always, always, no matter how many times I tell myself not to, go straight to worse case scenario.

I'll be able to laugh at this later I'm sure.

Update: it is 6 a.m. CST, she's still in the first stages of labor. She had to take a break to try and kill a fly that wouldn't leave her alone lol but now that it's gone, she's back to business.

I have no complaints about the time so far, I'm just happy we have made it to the first stage! Besides, this is no different than what I've been doing all week lol

All eyeballs on the contractions. And by the way, melba called Sunday...spot on melba!

Worrying is like wishing for something you don't want.
Count is ten, so far, i can feel one or two still in her.
Six girls, four boys.
