Some of the items that the GSDCA is refusing to reinburse:
ATV that got the entrants to the tracking field - (field was not accessable by 2 wheel drive cars/trucks)
Judges entertainment expenses - (maybe even the band that was contracted).
Hotel rooms for key volunteers - (many volunteers were needed, some recieved a room to sleep in)
Entry fees paid by Dan - (GSDCA didn't collect the fees when numbers were obtained). Its customary for teams to pay at checkin in Europe.

There's most likely more unreinbursed items.

We must all remember, the championship was to be pulled in 2011, the WUSV insisted that the WDA do all the work, or it would go to France. An agreement was made that the GSDCA would pay and the WDA would do the work.

Remember when the GSDCA tried to reduce the show by a day? That in its self caused extra expenses...

The courts will decide what is to be reinbursed and what isn't......Its not up to us to make judgement.

Keith, knowing both sides of the story is necessary to discover the truth.

Oh, look at you pretending to be the unbiased observer...how adorable!  People don't change absent some impetus to do so and as someone who has personally been misled by and lost money to one of these individuals, you'll have to pardon me if I question their veracity.

What's really sad is that you can't see how this all eventually plays out.

A judge will hear the case, he will be given all the information and will decide.

The rest of us will never know all the details.

Sitas Mom,
You wrote, "The rest of us will never know all the details."
What makes you think the court, if this gets that far, would seal the proceedings of this case?
Court cases are public information. Unless sealed, and there is no reason to do so in this instance, anyone can read it.

I for one will not ask for the court report, therefore I will trust in the wisdom of the judge.
I'm quiet sure most will do the same.

MOST of the rest of us will never know all the details...(splitting hairs).....OGBS, is that better?

Formal litigation is really expensive.  I, for one, hope that this will be settled long before both sides incur the ruinous costs of a full court trial.

It's all good, it will drag out for a year, infighting, thousands paid out in attorney fees, gives em something else to bitch about other than USCA.  Gotta give Fasano credit, at least he's got a pair........
  • It did so because it supports the working dog sport and is committed to doing so with or without the support of the WDA.

"I for one will not ask for the court report..."

How about you ask for the 2012 financials?  Inasmuch as Yee has claimed that Cindy stole money from the organization; shouldn't those interest you?  Where are they?  Does it not bother you at all that someone who once considered you a friend has been maligned by these people and, if not, what does that say about you?

Welcome to the wrong side of history.  You'll get what you deserve.
