Maybe this time he'll finally get what he deserves. Hope whoever it was (fiancee it looks like?) is ok and comes to her damn senses once she's recovered.

It was a garage at his girl friends ( victims) house. He called it a kennel!

A complete jerk, no doubt and I hope the girl is okay.
Before all of us get too happy, though, I would await the outcome of his court appearance this morning.
"No bond" likely means that bond, if any, hasn't been set. That county probably does not have weekend bond court, so, it had to wait until this morning.
The other issue is that the assault charge is listed as M1, which means 1st class misdemeanor. Without priors of this type (I don't know if he does or doesn't), it could end up a fine.
The other charge listed is Domestic Violence and is coded as "UN" which probably means Unsubstantiated. In other words, no one saw it.
I'm not knowledgeable with Ohio code. It could possibly mean, Unlawful. Then we would have something here.

Most domestic crap doesn't end up going anywhere in court. Shelley seems to have insider info...
Still, it's nice to expose the real nasty sorts and hopefully, they'll eventually run out of avenues to screw people and hurt dogs (and people).

There was no bond set? Or He couldn't make bond? If he wasn't even offered bond that is pretty telling of the situation and how bad it must have been. I worry for the girlfriend but why do people put themselves in that situation? Besides all the red flags surrounding this guy, Timothy has proven himself to be a very bad person many times in the past.
