I Promise, my last post to this...

I am trully speachless. What a Story!  Awesome!  Great!  You got me.... now I am gonna shoot my dog and go and pay 2500 bucks for this Old World Oversized Wonder and post it everywhere I can. Then I will have the dog take down some other big dog so I can be your friend and we can brag about it together.
Who cares how much you paid fo that dog and what takes down what.. that is sad.

Shtal
I have been i a corner many times in my life, one or two meaning that if i did not escape from it then i would not be writing this now, So i have always got out of the corners and yours is no exception
Firstly, A dog should be in proportion, and if you look at the Pic's of your Dogs above especially the one who had a scrape with another dog, You will see his Body is far too large for the size of its head, Meaning he is overweight,  a fact you cannot accept
Now you put a great deal on the ability of fighting or protection , who are these dogs supposed to protect 'You'
What you are told by people as regards that they go back to the old style German shepherd is stupid, The old style G.S was nothing like your dogs, Plus the fact they were not bred or used for protection of humans in those days, They were working Dogs Herding,  Working in the Mines etc on rescue and later used for helping the blind folk and they were among the first dogs used for this purpose,  they worked on rescue because of there keen sense of smell and there intelligence of the breed
Now tell us this I would guess that you boast that they cost you upwards of $2500  a Dog, Fools and there cash are easily parted'
Now i would imagine that after paying all that money for these Dogs that you will have had there Joints Graded, For that is paramount i would think, well it is for any caring G.S owner, so please let us know if you have
Or have you got the dogs to this size just to try and intimidate other dogs and people, but in my case it would not work i am not intimidated by size of any species
Now i am out of the corner, so not much point of you trying again i join GSDPACK in my farewell to this thread but please do tell us about the Joints of your dogs there details can be put on the forum

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.  I am curious, though.    Are they equally as agile and fast?  Do these over-sized dogs have a shorter life span?

First, I never said how much I paid, second - that is how much it cost, third - from source I had - he gave me a good deal, I only paid $750 US dollars.

I have a standard 6 months German Shepherd female in that picture, she is much quicker and faster then him - because she is much smaller then him, but when it comes to playing - if he really wants to put her on the ground - he uses his strength and size, with his paws he could easily knock her on the ground, he also has a jaw muscle force bite really high, if he grabs her by the neck - within short seconds he moves and turns and she is on the ground, also when he play sometimes he lay on top of her holding her down on the ground with mass weight and she could not get out under him. But most of the time he gives in and let female win.

He also has a lot of energy as well, sometimes he corner me down and I cannot run away from him when we play, he seems very healthy no joints problem so far.

Steve, so do you still think he is overweight, plus I was trying to explain what def-means overweight and very big.

If let say I' am 6 feet tall and my brother is 6" inches taller then me, you would not make assumption he is overweight if he is 6" inches taller then me, you had to see his body size. Right!!

This Message to steve, I understood what you were looking for, so I have now correct picture shots with right angle. Now it shows more accurate results how he really looks.

So all your arguments about overweight is false, the pictures shows it all.

Well Tina, anybody who brags about his dog fighting and choking St. Bernhards is a troll in my eyes!

Their is no troll, I will tell you have it happend, my brother went for a walk with him - later he was passing St.Barnard behind the fence, St.Bernard saw my dog and started jumping and barking, so he broke the fence gate and got out and started running towards my dog, my brother got very scare, he thought that my dog is going to be death dog within seconds. While when St. Barnard got close and jump on my dog with front paws - my German Shepherd dodge the attack and grab him by the neck.
My dog simply got lucky - Honest truth.

St.Barnard was also trying to shake him loose - even with front paws he try - but he was dodging St.Bernard moves and continue holding him down until later St. Bernard finaly fell on the ground.

Chris, Agreed!  Or just another person that doesn't understand what the breed STANDARD is and is helping the downfall of the GSD.  Way too many of those......
