Orijen here. Expensive. Nice solid dry stools of small quantity. Because dog is very active we feed 15% more than what is recommended for active dogs. Absolutely no flatulence.

I used Oriijen for a year or more maybe two years..I really liked it and my male did wonderful on it,,Our holistic veterinarian recommended we switch to the "sister" brand Acana because it was a little lower in protein/fat and we were experimenting trying to managing my males anal fistulas at the time.~~stool was a wee bit pastey while feeding Orijen~~.I would go back to Orijen in a minute though..However , he is doing so nicely on Acana and it is about $15 to $20 dollars cheaper a bag then Orijen so I am not in a hurry to make the switch back..Both Acana and Orijen I was very happy with..:)

Acana = $55-$60 a bag
Orijen = about $70 a bag

about a 30# bag

I feed my dog Taste of the Wild, I prefer gain free. She does well on any food it seems, not a picky eater and an easy keeper.  She was raised on and for the first 4 1/2 years of her life ate Eukanuba puppy chow and did well on that too. I'm not cheap with my dog, but $70/30 lbs for Origen.....yikes!!!

I feed Orijen Six Fish and Acana Grasslands (mixed) to my younger dogs and Orijen Senior to my old dog.
My dogs do really well on it and I've never had a problem with loose or runny stools.
I agree it's really pricey and feeding three dogs is painful to the pocket book....It's because of that that I've been looking at trying other kibble.
So far, (haven't looked at all kibble yet) the only one that comes close to the same ingredients and analysis levels is Merrick Grain free.

I used to feed Taste of the Wild. Good quality grain free food that is very reasonably priced and comes in a few varieties.
Only reason I switched was because the kibbles were hard for my little man to eat since they don't have a small breed kibble. (Last time I checked, anyway - it's been a while).

I have quite a few friends with other breeds who swear by Kirkland.

I used to feed kibble to my dog but switched to RAW in April of this year.

Here is our experience with the dry kibble we used to feed.

Started with ACANA Large Breed Puppy - (was feeding it for 4 months +) = stools were inconsistent, mushy.
Switched to ACANA Pacifica thinking that my dog might have problems with Chicken or grain (found in Acana LBP) = was feeding it for 6+ months = stools would be good for 15 to 20 days and than my dog would get 1-2 days of diarrhea. During this time  I tested my dog for worms, giardia etc, and everything came clean - no health problems.
Switched to Orijen 6 Fish - was feeding for 2 - 3 months - got same results as with ACANA Pacifica
Switched to Nature's Variety - LID Lamb - fed it for 2+ months - my dog was doing really good on it - no diarrhea, always compact solid stool.
Switched to RAW 5 months ago - feeding mostly chicken based RAW food - always good stool, no diarrhea or inconsistency, small size dropping, almost no smell. No problems what so ever.

My conclusion is , the best kibble for your dog is the one that works best with your dog's GI :) And you will notice that on and around your dog fairly quickly :)

I fed Kirkland for a little over a year until I found out it is manufactured at a diamond facilitiy when my dogs were ill off one bag. I will not feed any kibble manufactured at a diamond facility. I was sad to change as I did love the price and the dogs seemed to like it.
