Steph, can I post your info on the gsd.com site? There have been a few posters there that have been looking for 'blues', maybe this would peak their interest??  And bless you for taking them all in
Thanks
Diane

beetree....its easier with multiple dogs, I always been a single dog owner until I got Dozer and it was easier, they are so eager to please; they respond faster, they compete and therefor perform better, if I want Misty to lie down Dozer is already lying next to me, Bailey same thing...if I am giving them bath as soon as I am done with one next one is lined up waiting because they know that is what needs to be done...feeding time is great as soon as I come out they line up and sit, if you got alfa dog acting the way you want the rest are following w/o any issues...I love it, I don’t think I would ever be able to go to just 1....they keep each other busy, they stick together when it comes to guarding the place, if one gives a signal the others are right on it...i honestly can say I love it...they are all so different; personalities, the way they think yet it all flows together.
Besides if you want some of Mojo traits to rub off on a new pup get it while you still have him, its amazing what they learn from older dogs; they mimic their behavior, they start picking up on your routine, they watch the other dog behave with visitors, intruders, family members and they are copying it…that is why i want to get another one while Misty is still around, I wish she would live forever but i am starting to notice signs of slowing down and at 12 she is in great shape but she is no spring chicken... :)

and Steph...thank God for people like you! :)

I am seriously thinking about this... I love my Mojo's personality, he'd be a good teacher!

Thanks gals, yes Jakoda, please feel free to go ahead and cross post, tell them though that they have to fill out my online application on my website to get approved first.

The blues are going fast, there are a couple in Maggies litter too, but not as blue...will get pics of them next. The lighter sables all have the black stripe on their back, same as Reese's litter. Wonder if the dad was same similar?? They both came from a bad area of the town.
There is one lighter fawn sable with the blue face marking too...wherever it should be black they are blue, very interesting!!!!

Beetree, it is MUCH easier with at least 2 dogs, they do teach each other, have another gal here that got one of my other rescue puppies, then fostered one for me, can't make up her mind if she wants 2 or not, but is finding out that it really is easier to train...;-)))

Congratulations on your new pup Bee, you will be so glad you did it. Can't wait to hear all about him. The blue might be a fault, but they sure are beautiful. And more rescues should take a few lessons from you Steph, what a difference when "Rescue" is done from the heart.

He is too cute! Unfortunately, DH is not in favor of another pup at this time... I told him he should sleep on the idea...  ... stay tuned... .
