They can work....I have witnessed such:-) Debbie Skinner..California has some nice french bred dogs....selection is the key...my 2 were very agile and Jovan would bite for real with no hesitation...very stable temperament...good ball drive...agile...Muse would scale a six foot fence easily...yet she would never jump the four foot perimeter fence:-)...a frame and meter jump were pieces of cake:-)

There is a breeder in California who breeds Beaucerons and Malinois. I have met one of their Beuacherons who served as a service dog and was very impressive. While I do not know the breeder personally I can say their Malinois are wonderful as I have two youngsters out of a male they bred.
