I always thought Keith Grossman is a woman
Two moons a woman too
and VomMarischal a man
now I know I was mistaken all the time, KeithGrossman is all what a man could be, and two moons is the same and VomMarischal is a lovely and pleasant looking woman, my God how incorrect I was.

My daughter and I this summer, just a few weeks after my cancer surgery. Thankfully, I have gotten back into decent shape since.
Almost ten years earlier -- a blink of the eye for me, but a lifetime for my kid.
Datscha v Frauengarten (Hector) -- the most sane dog I have ever owned (he's my 11th gsd). HIT first time out. He was a little fat in this pic (taken at Thanksgiving) -- has lost a few pounds since with increased training and conditioning.

I'm making the pass to H. Hudson at the Penn Relays. We won our heat in the 50-59 year old elite division in 2005. This is just to show that I was once in good shape...;-) Two years later we teamed up again for a bronze in the 4x100 at Penn.
Hector (last post) is helping me get back into shape...
