I can prove only the ones I made about one set of breeders from whom I actually have dogs.  All others fall into the "In God We Trust" category, unless the poster actually has some experience with them.    Some apparenlty have no personal experience with the breeder they are recommending, so, yeah, I'd say their opinion is based on what they have heard, or  worse, see on a website.

But how can you *PROVE* the statements?

If someone who has actually gotten a puppy and dealt with a breeder can't make a matter-of-fact statement about that breeder (not an emotional absurd trashing or a personal vendetta), then why should your positive remarks be acceptable?

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for your right to make these positive statements. nbspBut hey, if it's against the TOS then it's against the TOS, right?

I'm just saying, what good is it to selectively delete???

I only go by the dogs that I have purchased.  I have purchased a dog from Whirling Thunder,  GREAT TEMPERAMENT, is healthy, and that is FIRST and formost.. and would do so, again, when I was looking, nothing was available.

The pup from Germany was recommended by a friend whom I TRUST COMPLETELY! The pup has  a GREAT TEMPERAMENT, is afraid of nothing, and is doing a basic sit, has GREAT focus on me, and is learning the down.  People can buy from WHOM EVER they wish. This was a GOOD EXPERIENCE for me.  This is pup is suitable for me, maybe not for someone else. Purchase a pup from what breeder you feel will be a good fit for you, or have done business with in the past.

If this is a bad post, then the MODERATOR can pull it.

I think this is a GREAT thread.

I think that all the kennels that were mentioned above, have been mentioned numerous times on the database as being the honest knowledgable breeders that they are. They take pride in what they do, and produce. That is the way it should be.

And as far as recomendations of said people being hearsay, I don't buy that. A lot of the info being put out on these people is first hand knowledge, and the people that are recommending them are also knowledgable, experienced German Shepherd People!

In the world of competition dogs, I'm finding that word of mouth carries across the dog world. The true German Shepherd die-hards, know whats out there, AND "WHO" is putting them their!

               KEEP the THREAD Going !!!!!

Animalfactor:  I tried to remember who you were and I started your thread all over again so you could go right on in..Many here are opposed to the moderator deleting your thread,,I had hoped you  had it copied...All people are copying their threads as they go .

We want our board to know who is reputable and who has not done , after asking nicely to come forth and correct their neglect to you , the puppy buyer.  It was heart breaking to have to give a pup back...It did have a seizure and don't fret..A whole lot of us know that..I have never owned a puppy that seized nor do I want to keep one that has seizures.  It is not normal.., nor would I keep it.

Your other thread ask     Advice Wanted..  My three cents worth      lol

animalactors, I second what luvmidog said.

kitkat, you misunderstand me. I am not opposed to this thread. I am opposed to selective deletions.

animalactor's post added to the value of this thread. I wonder if it will get deleted.
