hello all,

as a journalist in the iran ,iraq war of the 80's . first the issue here is not religion.lets go back to 1945 after the allies won the war and the importance of energy resources was understood. the whole of the middle east and its wast resourses of oil ,gas and minerals has been shared by the 7 sisters (the Big Oil companies).im not going to get into the isrealy issue here but that in it self is a very important as well.

The powers be,have aided and put in place many dictators in these countries and given them the free hand to do as they wished with dissidents. Therefore democrasy as we know it or we think we have in the west was never allowed to florish in this part of the world. do you think if these countries had the same standards that we uphold you could buy a barrel of oil for 30$.-120$

The problem here arose when the western powers bee forgot that one day they will reep what they sow.by trainning these same people that took part in organising 9/11 to fight their dirty war in afganistan against the russian.

what i dont understand is you could of easily taken iraq with out a single allied soldiers being hurt,the top brass of the iraqi army could of taken charge of that country ,providing the price was paid every one has a price and im sure it would be less than 400+billion dollars and 4000+us lives lost.

the muslims have been delt a real crap hand of cards in the last 60-70 years with leaders that where there to do as they were told or they would be removed eg. the shah of iran. The Ayatolla was brought to iran by the cia another eg. all those liberal , democratic,educatedand western orientedh iranians had to run for their lives or risk being hung or worst.

therefore it is easy to judge from your comfortable seat   these matter but once you put things into persperctive things change how many of your friends or fathers have been taken in an been subjected to torture or even dissepeared with no trace,even kennedy was not allowed to change thing in your country it was not enought to assassinate him alone  so just to prove the point they did his brother too.

So muslim or shaman dose not matter with these surcumstances and players in the field things will allways move from form to another ,you had Mcarthure chasing reds under every stone now is muslim or fundimentalist islamist thats the flavor of the month.

Muslims did condem what was done on that horid day but they cannot understand what is the justification of distroying a whole country(power plant,inferstructure,roads bridges the list can go on and on) ,the iraqies per capita were the better educated and had better standarts of living than most of the middle eastern countries and every one knew it now they see the images on the tv.

look back at new orleans and what happend to that wonderfull city in your country how did it make you feel and imagin insted of nature some country from the middle east did it ,......

My proposition as an atheist (born as a muslim brought up as methodist and hung out with lots of jewish friends) is we need to unite under the banner of humanity for all .

with global warming in full swing we need to act fast or then there will be real ugly sceens .

Your out for an argument,  of which you will gain nothing at the end of it, Why bring up poltices on a Dog Forum , unless it is meant to stir people up

But  then,when i worked along side the American Service men when they had the Greenham base in Newbury ,Berkshire many years ago, we use to eat in the canteen with them,

 And i noticed they had there Dinner Meat and gravy plus the Sweet or afters all on the same plate mixed in together sweet and savoury, I thought that went out of fashion years ago

But it seems that it is not by the likes of you mixing up poltices with a Dog forum

I guess its in the Genes of some of you Guys over there

Born and bred British?  Pity your manners don't show it.  You've criticized writing styles (you're own punctuation isn't all that great), regional dinner table practices and then criticize the person who allows you to visit freely --- at your own will -- all in this one thread.

Regards my manners note, i never have used words which are calling other people names or used bad language, Perhaps that is normal in the USA  and they use it as normal  i do not know,

But i do know many on here from that country do not carry on the same as some and write as they should in a decent manner,.

I was told i had no right to reply on this subject to do with the forth coming Election of President of the USA

What has this to do with a Dog forum that along with no so nice pictures of small babies put on here, the talk of Rape and Incest, that is what i am against when younger viewers like children are looking in on the site.

Ferrets are at least an animal and it was a passing thread hardly in the same context we are talking about

Regards,  the suggestions for the UK breed Council, of this i know nothing about, I live in Belgium so i am out of touch on this and it does not concern those people over in Belgium our rules are a little differnt and we have our own body there

Finally, I may well be wrong in my way of thinking, and if this is so then there is no place for me on this forum, and i can well leave,

I enjoy it but it is no big deal to leave , plus the owner of this Site can ban me for bad conduct if he feels fit to do so, but i will save him the trouble and leave gracefully myself

I have met some really nice genuine people on this site and some not so nice but that is the way of the world today
