Two Moons

I think your too easily impressed sometimes.

GPS,
I don't think so Dave.

Wouldn't lie to you Verne.  Without Einstein's unified theory, the equations would not exist which would account for the milliseconds time difference of the warp between ground level and satellite orbit.  The discrepancy of milliseconds would translate into much larger discrepancies of distance on the ground, since position is calculated as the difference of a timed signal between a set of satellites and a GPS unit.  All because of the 4th dimension.

Two Moons

All because of the time it takes a signal to travel and the movement of the target.
It's how you lead a bird in flight and that didn't take science to figure out, it's not all that complicated until you try to do it with a computerized machine.
Dave is from Young guns 2 by the way.

Computerized thinking's gonna be our downfall.

His lovely wife and daughters are quite precious to him from what I can tell.

Regular Smile  ...have two sons as well.  This is old, but it was close by.

A lovely family Carlin..

A simply example of computerized thinking.

Weather forecasters use computer models then average the results, but since weather is a living thing in motion the data is obsolete the moment it's entered and no longer relevant.
Things do not boil down to numbers because of the endless variables in nature.

Moons.

Even accounting for those, without Einstein's work the system wouldn't be accurate.

Carlin,
Sorry to leave out your sons. My mistake! What a beautiful family!

Living where I do, I'm glad their models have been wrong about this year's Atlantic hurricane season.

Without practical experience and practice I couldn't hit that bird.
I understand what your saying Carlin, it's much more complex than the bird.

If not Einstein it would have been someone else, I don't think the man was all that as some do.

I keep seeing Sheldon Cooper
