Two Moons

well bee,
it's either stay on topic or play the usual games.

It was a nice compliment I suppose for carlin, but I found it a bit like syrup on a pancake, in the end a tall glass of milk is required to swallow.
carlin has his moments I agree, but i wouldn't wanna blow a lot of smoke up his arse over it.

I think gouda and shtal are completely out of their element here as usual, while Ibrahim was actually breaking new ground.

What do you think was the most important thing Ibrahim pointed out in his posts?
I'm curious.

Ibrahim,

I should tell you, I have quite enjoyed and have learned much from the posts of your experiences with religious views from your country. I appreciate your candor very much. I also am not watching the vid's or reading the long articles, I skimmed some parts only. That is just my attention span at the moment.

Thanks, you are very good at tempering different views, that is wonderful and encouraging in itself. Rose

Hi Ibrahim,
can't hag out much longer but glad to see you return.

Sorry but without know what the translations are saying this is a useless video for me.
One thing I do try to stay away from are celebrity scientists and theory.

Moons.

Beetree, the most important thing to realize is this; we don't need to be copies of the same to live and enjoy each other. Another important thing to realize is no matter where, no matter what the color or language talked is, the good is there and same, the bad is there and same. Moons, the important parts really are those in English, those are some of the credited scientists of present day. If you think in scientific reasoning you can reach a certain conclusion that creator must be there, that is God whom we should believe in. Doesn't really matter how you worship him he knows you believe in HIM (at least that is what I believe).

I understand what you believe, and I appreciate that you do not present it as fact but belief.
I also agree with your comments about different peoples being able to live together in harmony but there is a reality that makes this only a dream.

I hold no great trust in science as it is today by the way, too much guess work and not enough proven fact.
The same goes for religions based on gods.
if science and religion were to clearly merge it would involve extra terrestrials and people would be less inclined to call them gods.

I believe the universe to be a natural thing and no intelligence however great could have created it for the purposes maintained by most religions.
Life, the universe is all so complex and diverse, the beauty is staggering and it all works without the hand of man or his beliefs.

Yes we are all the same, even non-believers, there is nothing evil about not believing, it does not make one less than the other.

Why are the languages West of Jerusalem written from left to right, and those East of Jerusalem written right to left? They all seem to point to Jerusalem.Regular Smile

No man is less than another according to belief, color or race, that I agree to.
