Mobjack,

Trust me she has read it.

I have offered to bring her back and I think it is more than fair. Considering she went against Oli's wishes in the first place.

I think she wants to come back and I am trying to open the door for that to happen.

Again, I am not asking her to beg, I know she is a proud person, but if I just allow her back what does that tell the present mods? Go ahead find out who the other mods are and post their names because if you get enough people to back you, you might get to come back.

All mods are now required to sign a confidentiality agreement, because of these things.

Donald I was responding to something Ninja said that Hodie said to him.

We are responding to this because it's about us and we needed to set the record straight!

LOL
GSD mod. I asked for answers and got them. I was satisfied and no need to tell me anything else about it. I'm not taking sides in this.

I said before and I'll say for the last time Hodie's decision to stay away is her own and I respect that. If she wants to come back under whatever terms and conditions set for her, I'll respect that too.

Still doesn't change the fact that all the petty bickering going on between forums and what not is ridiclous.

by VomMarischal on 04 June 2011 - 21:06

Yeah I never ONCE suggested that anybody should stop coming here.

VM no one has been talking about your forum, at least as far as I know
That subject at least as far as the mods go, has been dropped since Oli posted that in our forum.

mobjack
The only forum that HAS been discussed lately has been the one where people think Janice has been posting and I don't believe that is people being petty!

by mobjack on 04 June 2011 - 21:06

StrayPixels
No disagreement from me on that point as far as Bartmess and other forums go.

As for the rest, well, there's a few on here that know EXACTLY what I'm talking about.

For the last time:

Hodie never said she wants to come back.

She had the same problem I have:

That is we have a person who is supposedly a moderator and is also posting as SP and fighting left and right with the membership. Then he changes hats and is the board policeman. It's kind of like being the hood on the street during the night and then the police during the day. IT's A CONFLICT OF INTERESTS.

I think if he wants to slug it out in the trenches then he should quit being a moderator.

Agreed Ninja.

So, a moderator now can't have an opinion or beliefs or..........? Talk about freedom of speech. You don't agree so now you must silence the disagreement.

Nope that is not going to happen, a mod with his regular identity can have an opinion and can post it and debate it. It is hard enough to get people to mod without telling them they cannot now be a member and must sit on the sidelines when they have something to post. We do not get paid.

Think about it.

Funny Ninja, I get pm's telling us to stay the course and we are doing a good job.

I like the way the demands have changed.

Yes you do get PMs saying the mods are doing a good job.

In fact one of them was from me.

I have no problem with anyone stating their opinion, however IMO for a mod posting as a regular member personally attacking someone's job, marriage etc, like you attacked Ladyfrost is terrible.

Conflict of interest is what I don't believe is right.
