Duke the Vic police also take free donations of pet and show line gsd from the random public. stupid state has banned ipo.
That ped is mess on the top side, every famous dog in the country thrown together like a salad.

Very typical pedigree, I have trained with and seen many, my dog is free of those generic aus import old dogs and my dog is better. The guy who bought warkos in gave up on the gsd breed dispersed the kennel and switched breeds. The philosophy behind that top side is simple and obvious. If it has a famous name breed it. My breeder from same state takes no name and makes it famous.

Garsova bred that male to female of mine and produced strong dogs with good detection and civil work, what police buys from others I dont know or care about, these pups didnot go to fosterhomes first like vicpol usually do but went straight to policehandlers and are well apreciated

Duke, do you believe that a dog is 'all Czech' when they are heavy on Arminius, weinerau, Bad Ball to name a few high line kennels,, and the usual Fero line breeding, Troll, Aly, west sport line close in a ped ? I love the Cordon line breeding in your female, but I don't see 'all Czech' there. Unless Pitt vom Bad Ball and Lasso v Dal Sole were actually zps studs :/
Like I said earlier by in this thred, many supposed straight Czech ped have those kennels well within a seven gen and usually, I see the gsl within the second or third generation. So I guess one could conclude those German SL kennels are intrinsic part of the 'old Czech dogs' and the WG sport dogs are now a foundation of many modern 'Czech dogs'. Still can't see 'all Czech, straight Czech' so I still think its up to the owner what their dog is.

joan, what came first to you, this believe or the purchase of a KNPV line pup , you will see in time that KNPV have same dogs behind them like west sport dogs :)

'The guy who bought warkos in gave up on the gsd breed dispersed the kennel and switched breeds.'
Looking at the structure of that dog, makes one wonder; was it the schH 3 title or the kennel name, or the fact that the dog came from Czech that inspired anyone to use the dog. Course, it could have been a combination of the three. :-)

by duke1965 on 29 March 2015 - 14:03

that is based on what someone heard, what someone said about somebody elses dog

now about KNPV dogs, are they the same as west IPO dogs, they have same names in the back of their pedigree and mahlermeister dogs have longhair showlines behind them, so why didnt you just buy a showline or IPO dog/puppy   ??

sales pitch or different dogs after few generations of selecting in a certain direction

'Joan, what came first to you, this believe or the purchase of a KNPV line pup , ....'
I saw this twelve years ago researching the 'straight Czech' pedigrees. It's not a 'belief', its fact, right before one's eyes. I concluded, in seeing those same dogs behind so many 'Czech' dogs, that they had something to offer that prompted the big Czech breeders to use them. Not saying there's anything wrong with having them behind ones dogs, they are also behind some of my dogs who have produced offspring with temperaments being attributed to "Czech' dogs. I just don't see the accuracy of claiming 'all' or 'steight' to describe the ped.

'...you will see in time that KNPV have same dogs behind them like west sport dogs :)'
'In time', lol. I knew before purchased her and went ahead inspite of those dogs. :-)
