just move more.......works for me, well it used too lets put it that way.
I burn candy like jet fuel, sugar doesn't last long when I'm working.
Now I don't work as much or as hard as I used too.
Makes a difference for sure.

hmmmmm....the cherry chocolate sounds good but i think at this point if i smell chocolate i will vomit...LOL........coffee....ok...i can do some coffee, i have italian cream creamer and whip cream....
