Houston Man Receives Visit from FBI after Photographing Weather

A man who snapped photos of a brewing storm last month received a visit Friday from an FBI Agent, inquiring why he would want to take such photos.

Michael Galindo explained that he was simply volunteering for the National Weather Service.

And FBI Agent David Pileggi seemed to be satisfied with that response.

But Galindo was left wondering whether he now has a permanent FBI file.

“He told me, ‘you’re not a threat and you are doing a public service but just be careful next time,’” Galindo said in a telephone interview with Photography is Not a Crime.

Campus "cop" kills naked student.

With few details of the shooting, the student's mother and one of his friends said they could not understand how a six-year varsity wrestler and good-natured teenager could have died under such strange and sad circumstances.

"He was wearing no clothes and he was obviously not in his right mind," she told CNN. "No one said that he had attacked anybody, and obviously he was not armed. He was completely naked."

Unbelievable all this death. When will it STOP !!!! I bet that was a fraternity prank/hazing. Student prolly gets locked out of his dorm or is challenged to go streaking and cop freaks out and shoots him.

I really doubt that it was a fraternity prank gone wrong.  My money is on bath salts, or some sort of research chemical like 2CB.  Plenty of athletic types abuse drugs. They also tend to think they are tougher, and can handle more than the average joe. 

Ya, sure - this is completely normal to kill students like this in a civilized society.   Simply forget this was a ... NAKED UNARMED18 year old student shot dead !!!! Nope ! No tazer there, just shoot to kill.

What would happen if you shot a naked, unarmed student on campus that had not attacked you or anyone else for that matter ?

Ohh ya and forget cop had the time to retreat multiple times, in other words, cop had time to recognize a 5 and a half foot 135 pound naked unarmed 18 year old student and enough time to decide Glock instead of tazer. Wonderful.

A phucked up naked teenager for crying out loud and you're trying to validate the cops actions ? Drugs/booze/pranks or no drugs/booze/pranks ?

Naked unarmed 18 year old student on campus  =  justifiable use of deadly force ?

Guess you missed the teacher who shot his own kid. How that is funny is your problem.  Ron Paul is starting to look real creepy.

Beyond that it's not funny at all what is happening to law enforcement these days, it's insane.

Here a swat team entered a home with children using flash bangs, full swat gear and tactics over graffiti painted on the police substation by some wanna be street gangster.

Police are not serving the public they have become military units guarding what is becoming a national concentration camp.

Personally,
I do not feel that ex-military have any place in law enforcement but that's who they are recruiting these days.
