This is relatively simple.... and whats more none of our business.
Firstly lady bought pup from Sue Belfield. (agreed price and paid it)
Secondly lady had hips scored at 2 years of age (no problem with that)
Thirdly scoring was delayed (for whatever reason)
fourth Sue asks lady to score them (reasonable request)
fifth lady gets them scored - poor result (sad but can happen)
sixth - score only apparent 10th October 2010
seven - Sue has her hands and heart full at the moment it seems with her very ill dog.
Why on earth doe the lady involved with the pup feel that we can or should hear this, and even more important, that anyone would form form a nice opinion of her when you look at fact SIX and fact SEVEN.
Get a life folks, and let this thread die.... the outcome for the dog will not be altered by the bad mouthing on this thread of either the lady concerned or Sue.
To the lady concerned. Back off Sue for a little few days, you have waited all this time, and then speak to her when she can help you with this matter eith a clear mind, in whatever way you both see fit. Slanging matches and cat calling only help gossip-mongers to fill their day. Your concern should be your private issue with Sue.
Most breeders have at some time had this type of situation to deal with, its not rocket science, and I am sure it wont be for Sue. Mo.

I also had a laugh at my TWO new names, Norris from the corner shop and Ken Dodd, but I'm sticking with the name I've had since I was about 10, kinda used to it now, lol,lol.

Don't think anything has been acheived with this post except for possibley upsetting persons reading this post with possible dyslixia and poor education, for what ever reason :(
Sorry you have been let down by your dogs hip scores, know the feeling when that happens, give Sue a bit of time to resolve the situation, put every thing in writing and send it recorded delivery.
And befor anyone says i'm in a fan club, the only fan club i am in is of real working dogs :)

There is no guarentees when you purchase a puppy,sorry to hear your bitch has bad hips but it happens,I have heard you have another two puppy's,if they have bad hips will you be taking they breeders to court?You also need to go back to school to learn punctuation and spelling........................................

Sorry if my "get a life" offended you - and it certainly wasnt pointed to yourself, it was to others that have come on to this thread, and been downright interfering, rude, and had unwarranted things to say about the issue, without giving thought to Sue, who at the end of the day has only heard the hip score for a few days and is not at the moment able to deal with the woman.
The more I hear about this woman, the more I feel that its a bad lot. 2 more puppies - what is she starting up, but that is besides the point, I just feel that the more we all write on this post, the more it keeps to the top, and it is such a needless post.

After research into this OP l have discovered that vienna has done schutzhund training from a very early age including jumps as well as free running with an older dog. Yes she has another bitch approx 9 months old as well as a dog pup approx 4 months. Again the bitch pup has done simmilar training and no doubt the dog will follow suit. This OP has made herself out to be the victim of a crime, l can state she is bad news and very unpopular within the dog community. She likes nothing more than causing trouble and appears to thrive on it as can be observed by her posts. There is enough nastiness in the dog world so lets treat this with the contempt it deserves and put this to rest. Ps im led to believe vienna is a lovely dog and you would have difficulty noticing anything wrong with her hips and elbows, Op just go and enjoy your dog and continue your training with her, have fun leave SUE to get on with her life and close the matter especially at such a sad time.

In UK , consumer law has moved away from " CAVEAT EMPTOR" with laws passed to allow enhanced consumer rights . This allows greater leeway to return goods that do not meet legal standards of acceptance .
I would say " Seller beware " . Just do the right thing & put this to bed . Shit happens , its how you clear it up that counts .

The law has not changed as far as a signed contract is concerned fact. This bitch is still doing what she was bought for infact doing even more, because as far as i have heard she now has her BH.
