Really when HR 4213 was voted on in 2010 which would have closed loopholes the republicans were firmly against it and only ended up passing the unemployment compensation portion of the bill.

Your party has been opposed to closing tax loopholes for years and had your party not stripped out all the changes to the tax code in 2010, GE, Murdoch, Citibank, ExxonMobile and thousands of other companies would not be using those tax loopholes today.
