Thanks Sue.  If anyone can dig out a copy of the letter or minutes, and has time, I will get them to fax it to me and I will be happy to share it with you. If it was something already scanned and available and not from 9 years ago, I could have it in a jiffy.  People just did not scan or electronically file things then.  I am afraid the USA office is not the only Club with an all paper filing system.  But rest assured its the truth and I totally understand your wanting to see the hard copy - we all have been lied too so much with this USA thing, I think its good you want proof and I know you will demand it of USA also in their claims.  Good to know you hold all to the same standard.  Good luck to you too!
