Pretty sure it didn't apply to illegal economic migrants, though. Back in the '60 s they weren't the issue they are today. Heck, Obama has the borders open and they are given a voting card as they come in. Ss, food stamps, free housing and a voting card ( designated for hilliery, of course). Different country from when men of moral character were in the wh.

@Joan. Correct, that AA would not apply to illegal aliens and in fact has been legally challenged by a few states, since. It is however, part of the USA's history to attempt parity for minority classes that used quotas. That was my only point, to correct vk4's chiding as misplaced.
On another note, the polls are close or even between Hillary and Trump these days. And no surprise she declines to debate Bernie. She really needs to stop trying to use sarcasm, only because she does it so badly she sounds worse than any Trump tirade ever has.
@Mindhunt I wouldn't be surprised to find Trump scoring high on narcissistic traits, but as a sociopath? I am familiar with R. Hare's studies, as well, but, might your personal dislike of him be a bias for such a professional judgment as yours---to use the label of psychopath? Seems a bit harsh to me!

I have to fast forward whenever clips of her are played....her fake mannerisms and skreeching voice are unbearable for me. I've never seen anyone try so hard to look so authoritative and confident yet fail so miserably...fraud.

"Ss, food stamps, free housing and a voting card ( designated for hilliery, of course). Different country from when men of moral character were in the wh." wrong, wrong, wrong and again wrong. Citations please or do you just post what you hear on discrimitory sites?

That is your opinion and you are welcome to have it. But we were talking about making it illegal to hire foreigners over Americans so talking about corporate greed in that instance was and is relevant. Parking trillions of dollars overseas to avoid paying taxes on it is greedy and a wrong onto the people of the country that built you from the beginning.

Probably because without a successful and wealthy corporate America, there is no growth for middle American.
You only always mention "greed" in the corporate context, btw. Never a broad view, to be fair.
