LAST DAY TO GET YOU DONATIONS IN FOR THE "FIRST BATCH" so Jackie can have something to work with before Christmas. I will be putting screen names on cards unless you tell me you want "anonymous" or your real name on the card. NO amounts will be listed! This isn't a contest!

With the mail being what it is, I want to get this out tomorrow morning and have a gift card shipped right to her. Time is truly flying and we're getting down to the last week of Christmas.

A friend pointed out that you CAN donate to MY PAYPAL without having a PayPal account yourself.

I just want to say thank you, thank you, thank you....to all that donated, & to Jenni, for organizing this.....I suppose it is a fault of mine that I can never ask for help, even when I need it so...I was taught to keep a stiff upper lip, keep smiling & be polite as you sink with the ship....& the fact that you all still saw my distress & reached out your hands to help me, well, I just can't find the words to tell you how much that means to me. All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you! You have restored my faith in humanity!

I just got FedEx tracking info that she should have her package by tomorrow at noon and wanted to say a big thank you, again, to everyone who donated. I put screen names on the cards except for the people who requested to remain anonymous, or who are lurkers and have no screen names. I did one little fun thing that no one knows about yet...I'll wait for Jackie to receive before I tell. It's not a big deal...just a little touch I added to make it a bit more personal and creative. I'm excited for her to get her package tomorrow and just wanted to update everyone who donated so you know I did not, in fact, pocket the dough and head to a warmer climate like I threatened to do.
