Red Sable, you said,
"What is his temperament like Bee, in there may lie a clue"
So, just for fun I did some reading, and found one of the reasons not to get an Anatolian Shepherd was this....
"Dog digs moonscape into the landscaping." and this, "... During those hot summer days, Anatolians will frequently dig cavernous holes, rather than use a doghouse. They are also fond of making shallow holes in damp ground, and like to nap in these saucer-shaped depressions."
Well, that perked me up a bit! http://www.anatoliandog.org/faq.htm

Seems I misunderstood chinchilla, that is what makes the tan parts fade, I don't know what I was thinking, lol Any way, I was wondering if you'd mind staying with the "what if" game and see if I can follow your thinking about the genetics of his daddy being Blue, fawn sable.
Let's say in Beau's case we know his Mom's color was B & T, with a saddle pattern. Her litter, included two saddle or bi patterned pups, one B & T and the other Beau, dilute(blue) and tan, and the rest of the litter were fawns or sables. Some dilute mask, others not. I assume we describe fawn as a variety of sable, and thus, always dominant to the saddle pattern.
So, if your guess would be his daddy was a blue-fawn sable, do you think that because of his higher incident of blue sibs, I am guessing? So, if fawn/sable is dominant to Saddle or Bi patterns, then his daddy must have been heterzygous for Fawn/sable and probably the other pattern gene was piebald, with other white spotting genes. Which means the Saddle pattern is non-existent in his daddy. That is the only way I can figure out the variety! But is that the correct way to think?
And any true black coloring would have come only from Reese, Beau's mom. So she would have to had only one dilute gene, whereas, his Daddy had two! ???

The spotting stuff is way too complex for me to think about where his slight white came from.
Here is a nice example of how hard it is to guess this stuff. he dog in this picture is cross breed from two purebreds, and it was documented well.
Can you guess what 2 breeds created this? (No Cheeting..lol)

Bee, I've been so busy preparing my AP students for their exam. Now that the exam is over, I can breathe a little, but not too much. Exams for the rest of my classes are this coming week.
It doesn't really matter what Beau is, as long as he is happy and healthy.
