he actually has had it in a rapper's (or hip hop?) video. the guy's name is Q-Tip. his 41 chevy (and i think the 40 ford) were used in scenes for "bugsy", but were later edited out. daddy has always had cool cars.

Mine had a pair of 48 Mercurys, customized, chopped, all tricked out for their day, built by a man for himself and his wife.
They made the car shows too, back in the sixties tho. Back then they thought a phone was futuristic, and the one had a phonograph built in. The couple divorced and the cars were sold at auction.
One disappeared and the other was featured in a custom car magazine.
I don't have a picture.

The Volvo he was driving when we first met was pretty much rusted out. He'd had the engine redone, but the body was on its last legs. He told me not to slam the doors too hard, or a piece might fall off!
Anyway, very shortly, he decided a new car was in order, so he purchased a '91 wagon with automatic transmission. As he drove it off the lot, the salesman, who was a good friend of his, said, "Enjoy your courting car!"
We married in August of '92, and he drove that thing throughout our entire marriage, even refusing to let the insurance company write it off when he rear-ended somebody at an intersection, and did major damage to the front end.
By the time he was dying in hospital, the poor thing was on its last legs. It wouldn't pass the emissions test, and needed a very lengthy and expensive list of repairs to pass the safety check if I'd wanted to sell it.
About a month before he died, I traded it in when I bought out the lease on my Toyota Corolla.
I couldn't hold back the tears as I handed the keys over to the business manager....

At his funeral, I found out pretty much the WHOLE FAMILY was in tears when he'd traded in the Volvo they'd owned while his kids were growing up! (I was wife #2. He had 2 sons from his first marriage.)
Ridiculous how we get attached to these inanimate objects, isn't it?

A car for all seasons...we were taking the canoe to the shop to have some repairs done on it!
A little bit of creative cut n' paste photoshopping makes it look like we had 2 GSD's

Which we have in horses...but seems some dog people (could be setting my self up for some abuse) will beat you over the head with their opinions and want you to accept them..
I always am grateful for knowledge and information but try to get it from the best sources available and that I can afford.
So if a person that took 10xs to get a BH is trying to convince me of something I just smile and say thanks but that never seems enough a little more argumentative..... it gets crazy crazy.
And that is just a little tip of the iceberg otherwise I have met alot of great people and there are alot of similarities in the training although when I try to get the bit in Voxi's mouth she does growl alittle (lol)!
Have a great thursday everyone!
1 day til weekend...and spring is here YEAH!
PS -It is a tough call....in the crazy dept! And as for expenses well...the hotels are just the same costs, trials a little cheaper.....and no stable costs but training adds up!
