Many years ago when it first appeared I was enamored with NLP but I gave it up after excellent academic research showed it to be faulty (and I certainly do not consider it valuable for training GSDs).  I find your response also wanting.  Why in heaven's name would you post such your "friendly warning" with absoultely no antecedent?  There is no reason for you to believe that there are breeders on this forum that have a sideline as private eyes. What makes you think you were being investigated by a cyber security geek, as you put it.  You can assume any investigation involves very experienced intel related folks equipped to deal with operatives that have PSTD and bullying problems from prior comabat or covert wet work roles. You freely made the "friendly advice" posting with no reference attached.  I certainly hope you are not the perp himself or an associate of his with links that can be established by a very well trained federal cyber terrorist expert at an aphalbet agency (nowadays some aren't so easily closed down).  It would take a Q37 to get out of this one if you are one of these. Do you work in K9 procurement for the Fedral gov't or HS?  If you do that is might suspicious.

Do you have a top security clearance, such as a Q?  If you do and are involved with the perp or the perp, this becomes an imediate concern by counterinsurgency teams since it can open one up for manipulation by a foreign power.  If you have a truly important role on a covert team and are involved, then you realize this will be handled internally by counterinsurgency investigators with outside oversight.   As you may realize a number of foreign operatives operate in this country and are always looking for weaknesses of department heads or folks in jobs with covert op sidelines, to comprimise them by learning of their weaknesses and screwups.  Well, terrorizing a civilian to steal a dog, and then threatening perpetual vigilence with extreme prejudice opens the perp up to comprimise all over the place and puts any covert op he is working on in serious jeapardy of complete exposure.  It also immediately blows any covert cover and creates maximum exposure.  Beyond dumb, more like reckless bullying. The perp appears to think he is above the law and beyond reach, untouchable. He thinks he is an expert covert killer and maybe he has done his share of wetwork.  But, times they are a changing and women are organizing against abuse.  There is safety in numbers and big publicity.  And big numbers of GSD breeders that care about even one of theirs can add up to a lot of heat.  Plus the perp can't kill 30+ investigatorss too easily and get away with it.  And some on this board are used to dealing with this stuff on a daily basis in "former lives".  I find your response demeaning and insufficient, filled with innuendos. I think soon it will be known if you speak truly.

Nicolesowner, this is your thread, and I forgot to ask for your help.  As a self proclaimed HSPD-12 Badge holder with a security clearance, and a fellow user with GSDs of this GSD forum, what helpful advice could you offer the female victim discussed above who has had a GSD stolen, had her life and her other GSDs threatened with destruction if she ever told, and was threatened with perpetual high tech cyber stalking by a man who also holds the same badge as you (boy it's a small world sometimes, isn't it)?  Certainly you can provide some very good advice here how she should seek protection from an out of control fellow badge holder who claims to be so connected that he is above the law?  How should this be handled?  Also, could you explain the concept "misprision of a felony" by a gov't official.  Any help you could provide here would be very much appreciated by the victim and the other folks on this forum who have been giving her emotional support. Anyone who studies the effects of abuse knows how emotionally devastating this can be to the victim.  With your knowledge of the system I'm sure you could provide some very helpful advicve here. I'm assuming you are a man, but if not then perhaps you could even empathize more with the victim.   Many thanks and have a great day.

I wish I could lend some help to others that have become victims of governments from not just the americas, but from all of the planet; one of the reasons that I started this thread is that I am a survivor of a DOE witchhunt that decimated the ranks of my consultancy, and am in no shape to lend assistance to other fellow victims...I am still able to lend some friendly advice to others prone to tilting at massive windmills.

Thanks for the response, NO, but you didn't clarify the question if you are an associate of the perp, the perp himself, or a man or a women and why you would even come to this forum.  A lot of your posts look like psyops and wordmastery like NLP.

Maybe with all your experince of the DOE witchhunt you mention, you could offer some insight.  What do you think the chances are that the perp would be actually sorry for what he did and said, and felt that his threats were taken out of context by a women untrained in combat and not comfortable with combat talk?  That he is actually afraid of complete exposure since there are so many now that have the complete story, some with the name and some close friends and associates without it. Those who have it and the sealed envelopes with docs, affidavits, and photos have been told not to dispense them all over the country unless a "probelem arises" as defined by the victim.

What do you think the chances are that the perp will cease and desist before massive name exposure occurs.  If you think that someone who does not want to be a victim is "tilting at massive windmills" then perhaps you don't understand the seriousness of the abusive acts done to terrorize this woman.  If this was your sister that was so terrorized and brutalized, what would you think about it and what would you do to help.

Do you think perps like this are typically DID, ex soldiers with PSTD who have become bullies, members of black cults with no human soul left, cia ops who have  just blown their cover, or dia operatives who have just blown their cover.  Why do you think would ever posses a badge holder to beciome a super bully and to prey upon a single, defenseless woman and threaten her with perpetual cyber harassment.  Can you understand why she might not be able to keep this secret anymore and must expose everything except the name, only doing that if the perp won't back off and stop all proxy posting, wierd emails and all cyber stalking.  Do you think she should have a IG of the company, HO, DIA, or DOD talk to this perp and try to negotiate a complete end to this before the perp loses everything and has his identity exposed nationwide?

Oh one more thing I forgot to mention.   If the perp actually was reporting directly to the prez as claimed to the victim at the time of the theft by the power of the federal badge and gun, do you think the prez would like him going around exposing this covert role and acting like a bully?  If one has a covert role, blowing his own cover is not a good thing, no?

All my acquaintances that have or had black world secuity clearances were ex-Seal Commandos or Jungle Fighting Instructors; they have a universal contempt for the intelligence community, and, in light of the way things have gone over the last couple of decades, I now fully comprehend their point of view. Back in 1985, I was designing robotic automation for the military-industrial complex, and was mistakenly exposed to high security techinical documentation by an ignorant individual that was immediately terminated by our client. The only reason I did not "disappear" was that I was able to immediately transfer the documents to our head of technical service, who still maintained his full clearance from being a Navy Seal. Until I went to work on site at government facilites with a security badge, I was under surveillance by various agencies of our fair government. I can not begin to describe how tired I am of being in the "crap" business, as I could double my income by doing the same job that I do for the DOE in the private sector.

Take my advice; stay out of the "crap" business...PLEASE.

As to anyone else that does not have the option of going to work at a government job to stay off the radar, I would sincerely think about learning Norwegian or Swedish if they feel sufficently threatened.

NO, you can't be serious, you are advising the victim to move to Norway or Sweden rather than see the perp brought to justice, or at least get an agreement that he is sorry and will stop cyber surveillance of her?  I hope you aren't making a veiled threat here to the victim.  The perp had no official reason to steal from her and thtreaten her.  No itel agency even deep cover ever tells their ops to go around ripping off and threatening civilians and bring attention.  The perp did this all by himself.  Can you fit this into your head:  it is not okay to steal from anyone, especially a single woman and then threaten and terrorize her.

Also you use the word terminated and disappear, this sounds like another veiled threat.  Your choice of words is very suspect. You do not clarify if you are the perp, an associate or not.  And are you making a veiled threat against me? 

What do you mean "take my advice stay out of the crap business...please".  I think you have perhaps just crossed the line and made a veiled death threat to me.  If not please make an immediate retraction.

And NO why don't you retire if you are so tired of being in the crap business?  And finally, why don't you admit that the perp was wrong to prey on a defenseless woman, steal from her and terrorize her and cyberstalk her?  Have you no humanity at all, no soul.  Do you have love in you heart for others? If so, provide some assistance here.

I really have little else to offer; hell, if some bozo decides to lean on my paperwork, I will lose my job, my house, my truck, and I will barely be able to feed my GSD, let alone myself. Plus, if lose my job, the "company" will probably find a way to toss me in jail as some kind of percieved threat, or some other kind of bull****. I do not post uncomfortable facts on forums to piss people off; I simply do not want to see more people getting sucked into this beast that has been created "in our best intrest". I am not a GSzero flunky, but I am no where near the six figure income that I should be making.

Perhaps I should have titled the thread "Do NOT get ****ed over like I did"?
