" "This can only happen in a country where is the eager to shoot and carry weapons , morons"
Ilse, this was a lesson learned for all that view it. You can either choose to obey the law or fight the law here in America my friend. If you don't this can happen to you and really to be honest, the bad guy in America is the reason this great dog is dead. Or did yall miss that too? Sooooo .... in America you can have your choice, people here in America are dead and dieing for that choice too, and to mention for complete strangers and countries too as we see today.
Some people appreciate that, some don't."
Not to be mean but, WTF??? Are you from the U.S. or another country?

You say you are here in the U.S. ( I think) but the sentence structure clearly looks as if you are new to english.

Ok Not to start anything, this was a tragic thing whatever or howerver, but being this guy was out in the open, why not just shoot him in the arm or leg or someplace and not send the dog at all? Just wondering, maybe I missed something...

Hard to tell by the video. I was hoping to see him chew the guy up, that's all I can say for sure!

Maybe the dog slipped away from the handler? Happens at training once in a while. It is extremely sad thoug! What I do not understand is why did it take them so long to get up to the dog? I felt like it took forever for the handler or anyother officer to get to the dog! Let the perp die,,,,,save your partner!

S Vargus...I am in agreement with you.
It is easy to second guess actions taken in battle when your life is not the one on the line. Officiers sometimes make the right decisions and sometimes make mistakes. I did notice how the officier immediatley picked up the dog and you can tell he loved that dog and is very upset. Myself, they did what they thought was right and sometimes a dog gets killed and sometimes a police officier gets killed. I am sure he wished it had turned out different but policework is dangerous and the police are willing to risk their lives everyday to protect us and I for one support the officier.

Yeah I can understand if that happened, he broke free... I think the handler was the first one there, whoever it was didn't even look at the perp but checked the dog then picked him up and walked off. Poor guy he probably took a long time to get over that..... I sure would, so sad.
