I could just breed and promise papers I suppose ;) then have people call me out, then continue to lie... it's just too bad I am not a psychopath and our "friendship" came to a welcomed halt therefore I am not able to ask for advice on how to unsuccessfully live a lie... dammit! why did our "friendship" end, WHY?!?!

I will admit the kitchen sink if the Bernet home was pretty clean. I did wash my hands in it. But as far as view the premises, did not have the pleasure of that. Just seeing the area where the pups where at the front door. Won't get into my opinion on that at this time. That TIME will come.

Julie now that you clicked "disagree" on everything ( including that sky is blue) I said  LOL let me ask you a question.Did you register the litter(s) ? No, so you are saying that none of the people who bought  pups did not  want papers?  And the ones who wanted papers did not fulfill some deal with you so you will not give them papers. Right? So what would you do if they would fulfill the deal with you? Register the litter?  Also  they are not getting papers from me as you are stating. I can not do so.  Why would you say such ridiculous  thing? Jinopo send papers  and transfer papers and stud papers to you. I have heard that you said that we did not. Now that would be a lie wouldn't it.   Now you are saying  that they are trying to "get AKC papers from Hans". Can you tell me  how could I do that?! I mean get them papers? I can't.  I have no such ability or power to get them papers.

Hans: thank you for your time in educating us on the AKC and conversions. We are truly sorry that Julie has drug your kennel in on her lies as an excuse for not following through on her sales obligation/agreement. I will say that we were fortunate enough to receive a 100% (according to you) Jinopo dog by way of broker Julie since she had NOTHING to do with this litter/breeding. He is a beautiful dog. Thank you for letting us use your Alpinek9 forums also. Continued education is the best.

I always considered you a fair and reasonable person with a big heart.  Especially, when last year you said to me on the phone that you were considering getting out of the business because of having to deal with the "very people" who did to you who are NOW doing the same thing to me.  Why don't you check your email on Yahoo? I haven't had a reply.  I am just sorely dissapointed that you would take the disgruntled word of three people over someone who actuall wired you tens of thousands of dollars for at least 8 dogs.  Yes 8 dogs.  Always wired first thing the next business day.....You so much as did not pick up the phone or email me to "verify my side of the story".   Wasn't that one of your "biggest complaints" with your own clients? 

Are you too blinded by the BS that you have been fed to see through the pathetic "victim" lies that these three people have crammed down your throat?  

Do you not see the inconsistancies in their stories?  Really?  Because I have had more people reach out to me who can SEE right past it in the past 6 hours.  

Stacy (AKA MARSHALL) LOL claims in this PDB post that she NEVER saw the conditions of my kennels (LIE) She picked her puppy up at my house.  She also included in our agreeement that she wanted to buy another puppy from me.  IF the conditions were so poor, why would she want to buy another puppy?  ON your forum, she describes the conditions of where the puppies were kept "deplorable, worm infested, bacteria infested water (YES, She is doubling as a chemist and did a full tox screen on the water while I wasn't looking).  It must have been the "real reason that she washed her hands in my kitchen sink.  LOL    Which is it??  Did she see the conditions or DID SHE NOT??  IF her puppy has had nothing but poor health issues, then why is the first time I am hearing about it??  Why did I get nothing but glowing reports on her dog??  

Why did John Hale initially tell me that he was NOT INTERESTED IN PAPERS at all.  Just wanted a "neutered protection dog"???   

The SIMPLE answer to this question is that Cheryl Goede who "scammed me out of a puppy" without paying for it or without fufilling HER obligations to have her husband fulfill our training/titling agreement WANTS TO BREED said dog in her "new breeding program".  Cheryl has too big of a mouth to censor who she shares such information with and I have all the proof in the World to know EXACTY why these TWO people suddenly WANT AKC papers NOW!!  I am sure they have been promised the moon and stars (much like I was when I was shelling out 2,000 dollars a month for piss poor/pet smart level training on my dogs.

As far Jenn Wilmott aka Fake husband Robert Davidson, theat flat out told me that their dog couldn't be bred because he had mange.  I offered to pay back FULL PRICE (3 weeks after shipping a dog that I trained for them for 2 months) AND reimburse the SHIPPING charges AND pay vet expenses.  ALL OF WHICH THEY REFUSED.  They also claimed that another puppy from this Cate litter had mange.  WHY ON EARTH would they want to breed said dog considering  by their own admission should NOT Be bred?  So, did I start a forum bashing YOU FOR selling me a bred female who gave birth to puppies with demodectic mange??  NO,  I didn't.  Did I start a public forum bashing YOU for a dog that died of bloat the next day that I picked it up?  No, I didn't.  (by the way, I paid for my replacement dog and shipping at your price reduction). Did I start a public forum for picking up a puppy from the aiport from you that had bloody diarhea and couldn't keep food down for over a month?  NO, I didn't.  NOT EVEN WHEN YOU BEGGED ME NOT TO.  YOu didnt have to Hans, I am just not that kind of whiny bitch.

Since your loyalty obviously lies with Cheryl Goede (the wife of an ex-cop) who covered up the DEATH of a homeless man and got kicked off of the POLICE FORCE in Overland Missouri and I GAVE a second chance to start a new life and HER little whimpy minions, then I guess we don't have anything further to discuss.  I did and stilll do have a ton of respect for you second half, who has ALWAYS BEEN fair and impartial.  I bet she would have gotten my side of the story before "JUMPING on the bandwagon".  This will all play out in a court room somewhere and perhaps in multiple venues.  I can promise you that the people who understandable paid for "full AKC registration" will get it.  Those that are trying to take advantage of me for some LOSER who perputately gets free dogs and free McDonald meals (because the have the mentality of the "World owes them everything) can kiss my ASS.   They will NEVER get anything from me, but the fight that they so graciously started.

You asked if I had gotten all of the paperwork from you and if I blamed you?  Yes, I did get all of the paper work from you and NO, I did NOT blame YOU.  I would like to see PROOF that I did.  Remember Hans, from your own experience working with "scum like these people", Anyone can say ANYTHING about ANYONE.  It is the gullable and cowards who do NOT seek out the complete truth. I will anxiously await your email response if you are half the man that I thought that you were.  IF you had the whole equation to this whole "saga", perhaps you would be better off to choose which bandwagon you would jump on".

K9 Marshall give you 100% CREDIT for the breeding.  I guess whelping, taking the puppies to the vet every three weeks, and imprinting plays NO Vital roll whatsoever in the dog.  Apparently, K9 Marshall's dog is plagued with health problems (even though the 3 I kept back are in perfect condition) despite the "deplorable conditions) they are kept in. :)

That must be the fault of Jinopo Hans.  She is BLAMING YOU!!!  

Yet, she will go to the ends of the earth to breed this UNHEALTY dog!!  LMAO

So now I suppose Jinopo and/or Hans showed up and gave the puppies shit to eat that ended with the intestinal issues those puppies ended up with?! You are NOT a vet and NEVER will be, research those issues and please ask another vet, not the one that deemed my puppy healthy when he had ENTIRE patches of fur missing.

As for your continued BS claims, Julie, remember we have the real screen shots not that crap you edit and provide to authorities. Just go away, you can not help but make yourself look stupid, can you?!

Jenn, Are you referring to my 1600.00 bi-weekly food bill from Royal Canin Professional 4800 dog food?  Go back to trailer park reservation that you live off and stop trolling a site in which you have no financial interest.  You had a problem with your first breeder, now me, and guess what??  I bet it won't be long befoe you find fault with your Jinop puppy that you have ZERO experience working/titling and Hans and Petr will see you as the consumate complainer that you are to get free stuff.  Good Luck with this one Hans!!  LOL

 

Well, my puppy is phenomenal. Zero health issues, because Jinopo was NOT the issue in what you whelped. I will be getting more, would you like those photos made public as well so you can enjoy watching them grow up, happy and healthy and NOT living in a metal shit filled kennel?!? As for titles, I am a beginner and currently have my only working dog in protection, how many titles are you expecting at this point? Once achieved, I will make that public as well :) will also have OFA results public as well in Oct, on the 29th, not the 31st as you claim. As for where I live, on a beautiful reservation in a beautiful three bedroom home on a beautifully landscaped property. Would you like photos of that made public as well? I am sure what I have been sharing is boring u :)
