I agree Ruger1,
one good look around and you can tell if a place is clean or not, but you also need to look back in the back and see who's making your meal.
It's always bad management and that includes the owner.
I like a 1/2 pound beef Burrito with plenty off hot sauce, but I'm hungry an hour later.

IMO, the quality of the fast food in any given area may correlate with the aptitude and ethic of the least experienced and least qualified sector of the labor force native to that area. Typically, I abstain; I can do without the "adventure".

I don't eat out much either, fast food or restaurant.
Sometimes something on the run just to put out the fire.
