Bigfoot is a subject that always facinated me. I have delved into it numerous times over the last few years.
Yesterday I was called a Dolt because I asked if Bigfoot killed the Indians.
I suggest the name calling keyboard warriors do a google search on Bigfoot and American Indian encounters.
Hopefully they will become enlightened on the numerous encounters that supposedly took place amongst many different tribes.

Interesting link, by the way. Quite a few Native American legends have a similarly described elusive, and largely hirsute human creature. I still don't believe in Big Foot.
However, I do believe in Santa Claus for the simple reason if you don't believe in Santa Claus around here, you simply don't get Christmas gifts. It is weird how that works!

I think the show about the mermaids was very interesting...I am not that convinced about there being a Big Foot, but mermaids, I am not sure about yet..
