The lack of entries really speaks volumes doesn't it? It's really sad to me that breeders/owners won't step up and do the right thing for this breed. The losers are the puppies that end up with owners that can't or won't take care of a dog with serious health issues. Nikki wouldn't be here today had she ended up in a different home, you wouldn't believe how many people told me they would have put her down because of the EPI 
Just look at how many healthy dogs end up rehomed or in shelters. When I think about someone dumping a dog with EPI in a shelter and literally starving to death just breaks my heart. So if people truly cared about the breed they would come forward and not keep silent!

Bump for my snowdog that melted. It didnt have serious health problems, though..It passed on from heat stroke- nothing genetic ;) It had a pretty good temeprament too- it didnt bark at Casey James ...

The GSDBBR is now showing dogs with EPI in the pedigrees. It wasnt displaying due to a glitch, but the glitch has been fixed.

My sweet, sweet Missie T... Today would have been your birthday..I hope you are getting cupcakes with candles, at the Bridge, as you always did here. You always knew it was your special day.. I picture you, as in this photo, with your bright eyes, sweet smile and your love for life and your beautiful soul just shining through your eyes. I picture you as the *greeter* at the Bridge, showing love and compassion to all who cross over.. I couldnt think of another who could be so good in that job! I miss you with all my heart and soul, my sweet girl. There is not a day that goes by when I dont think of you.. I remember the day you were born, and Marie called me on the telephone, telling me that as you were born into her hands, she felt you were destined to be mine, and that as soon as you were old enough, she would be sending you to me...
