Well no not absolutly true, any of your own work i.e. Documents, Photo`s, etc will not be lost

How do you force quit a PC application? Google said to press Control + Option and then delete.  Which key is the "Option" key?  I tried Control + Alt and Delete, but nothing happens.  What to do next?  Shut it down? That probably is not recommended. Also how do you put the PC in "Safe Mode", I think I did it once only by shutting down improperly?

Well, nevermind I guess, because, Ninja if you read this, I'm hoping system restore will work.... (this is the kids computer with the problem...now).
Turns out his "Kaspersky" was expired and I bought the new one, but it won't install, it had a virus, I got rid of it...or so it said, but it won't install properly... so I'm doing a "restore" as I type. Wish me well.

And Lennard, I have a nice group of College guys powerwashing my house, maybe it I NEED to, I'll see if any of them will be willing to help me. Don't think I'll be doing and earboob hugs, though!

I know I'm talking to myself, but I have to let someone know. The college kid tried, but I ended up doing it myself! Finally found a Heur trojan or something like that, threw it in the trash and VOILA, I finally got it to load. Thank goodness.

Well, guess what? The Computer company from India guy just called me to ask about if I was happy with the service from their technician, Deepak. I told him I wasn't happy because I spent the next day fixing stuff myself, and that they fixed stuff that didn't need fixing. And now I can do it myself. And that I found two very bad viruses, the very next day.

And he says he's going to refund my money, within 10 business days! Hmmmm, is this for real?

It IS for real... OMG, I am so unbelievable LUCKY!  I just got a SafeCart payment email receipt for a refund!

    

See, that's why I believe in a higher power.  It just doesn't make sense, otherwise.

I deleted all their downloads like the control dialogue box and changed some permission stuff in the settings, and I changed the the passwords? Hope I set the right permissions... what do you think they should be set at? 

Unless you mean the safecart thing itself for the credit card? Hmmmm...I thought it was safe?
