Maggs posted SSSED, nobody really knew for sure what she meant so I posted DETYS. Not directed at anyone including Maggs.
I don't speak for SP or Beetree but if you're pissed at me you're barking up the wrong tree.
When I posted good job Beetree it's because she figured out what the letters I posted stood for.
If I have a problem with someone I'm not shy about saying something directly to them. Yesterday I was joking around with Red Sable about what the letters stood for.

I, suggest do not moderate anything except for street and mail addresses and other physical safety issues. Let the threats been threats. If someone wants to proceed with threat then deleting them here will not stop them. Also it exposes for what such people are. Also if you moderate someone and not the other then PDB is opening itself to lawsuit for damages stemming from such preferential treatment.
Example:
As many of you know I have been viciously attacked here by Sonia B. and I assure you all these things were provably total fabrications and lies. Those threads of threts were not deleted. If I would be such a person I could have now have legal case because I was publicly smeared with provable lies which were allowed to remain on PDB forum where other such lies were deleted. That is why other such complainer website do not touch any posts and that way they can in their potential legal defense say that the posts it are between and about participants. We have nothing to do with the posts them selves . (Rip Off report website for example goes by these rules for legal reasons. )
I am not an attorney but I do not think that I am too far off mark.

You are talking about things that happened before moderation. This is Oli's site he can do what he likes. When you own this site you can do what you want. I am no lawyer either but it is real hard to prove damages from the threats/statements people make here. Like are you still able to sell pups/dogs and if you are then no damages. You would need people to at the least testify they would have bought a dog/puppy from you but now because of what they read they will not. The lawyer members can explain better than I can.
From everything Oli has pm'd me moderation is here to stay. I look at it like this if everybody behaves the moderators will be unneeded.
Believe me I heard from some people over the last year how I should stop and how I have no friends and I must be 6 years old and now those same people are complaining because we have moderators. LMAO I have never met a bunch of people so afraid of change. Change they cannot control. Key words, they cannot control. This is Oli's site to do with as he pleases.

Sock puppet you have no argument with me on any of your points here. I am just saying it as an example. I hope you do not think that people will not sue just because they may not win. So why to give them more fuel? i believe RipOff report site got sued for that reason several times.
