If the woman is indeed kenneling again she needs to be under the constant supervision of the local authorities! we need to remain vigilant and keep her track record a matter of public record1 I am sure some may come here asking about this woman! and by some quirk of chance she does become a responsible breeder it is gain for all of us!to ban her would be ignoring the problem! we as a dog community must police those who wish to stay under the radar!Maybe she has turned over a new leaf! if not even more reason to keep our eyes on her!But we do catch more cockroaches with sugar water rather than vinegar!

Raymond I couldnt agree more. Tolerance is for the good of the animals she has now. How many animals are there in her care SP oh great all knowing one ?

No tolerance is NOT FOR THE GOOD OF HER ANIMALS! Constant supervision by the local authorities is for the good of the animals in her care!If she has animals in her care she must be reported to the local authorites and every other animal cruelty prevention organization around! fortunately murders get locked away!unfortunately animal murders get off with a fine! But a two time offender will pay more !
