All of our names are part of the public record somewhere but it takes a lot more information than that to steal someone's identity. Can you provide even one instance of anyone's identity ever having been stolen because he used his real name on a message board? The real threat to your identity being stolen comes from credit bureaus and companies like LexisNexis who farm virtually everyone's personal information and resell it; it doesn't come from having the integrity to stand behind what you say on the internet.

I guess the fur was flying while I was sleeping last night.
So we have Miss Maggie saving pictures of her dog on her computer under the name Rex-this and Rex that. But of course (per her) his name is not Rex. Give me a break.
Dear Steve1, the last post on page 7 of the PDB dating post was posted by Shellly, has pictures of Shelly and is posted under your user name. Are you Shelly or is Shelly you? Please fill us in on how that miracle transpired.
For what it's worth, the Pedigree posted that many of us believe is Miss Maggies Dog is a very fine Pedigree and no one, I repeat no one has commented negatively about it, so Steve you and others are barking up the wrong tree. You are trying to defend something that is not there.

Maggs' concern for her "safety" is a smoke screen. Why else would she have happily provided the first and last names of two other posters, along with their screen names without the consent of either of the two people? I say what's good for the goose is good for the gander, obviously if she thinks it is her business to "out" people she can't keep squealing like a stuck pig when it's done to her, and make no mistake, it will be. Of course she will try to weasel her way out of it by saying that the information was already "public knowledge", but it was not, at least no more public than her own info. Obviously what she's really afraid of is being embarrassed. She knows she has no one but herself to blame for her reputation as the village idiot and doesn't want anyone to know who she really is.

This i will say once and once only to you. I have no idea how that happened someone more clever than i with computers is playing games, I type with one finger and i am not good in general with computers and i have said it in the past

One thing i do not do is too tell lies you think i am then do as i ask of you then you will see the real me in the flesh,
And i am serious about it as well
Any of you Guys think you are going to make a witch hunt over that be prepared for trouble and Big man, Small man whatever i may be i will pay someone to find you out then i will pay who ever causes me agro a vist and it will not be a friendly one, AND if say something it will be done always have and always will. Nothing big about it thats me, so start something which is not there and on my life i will bloody finish it , I am normally a friendly sort of Guy, But i can also be a right Bastard as well

I have read your posts for the last few years and yes I find you to be very truthful and a bottom line person. So I believe you when you say you have no idea what happened on that post.
I will say it is one of the weirdest things I have seen on this board, since evidently Shelly posted it and posted pictures of herself it almost looks like she logged on with your user name.
Personally my only reason for pointing it out was that it was bizzare. There is nothing in the post to quibble about. Just an innocent post that looks odd.
Anyway I never had a problem with you and only was inquiring as to whether you knew what happened or not. Obviously you don't so enjoy your day and your dog.

Steve, I think you are a very nice man, but please stop befriending dubious people just because they are female. A real woman can face her attackers and doesn't need to be protected. Maggie made this uncomfortable bed by being a racist fool, now she has to lie in it. I cannot believe that there's a whole thread congratulating the jackass for taking her dog to the vet!!!! What is she, mentally deficient, that people want to pat her on the back for doing what the rest of us do every day????? If so, go ahead and defend her; mentally deficient people NEED to be defended.

Yes, Shelley does have my Laptop with my address on it i never deleted anything, Anyway there was only a Pigeon Website on it, Anyway Shelley knows my Address without the Laptop as does several on here including Stacy and Mystere etc they are free to say who i am makes no difference to me
However Shelley would never do anything to harm me that is certain I think someone with Computer know how is stirring the Shit so too speak
